I was able to purchase a parking ticket after the Lady Gaga concert was already canceled, but I was sent an email that if she reschedules, they will honor my ticket. Hopefully, this will work out, and if not, I hope I am offered a refund. The communication has been very good.
We had our ticket and went to park at the garage but it was blocked. I called before we left and it said it was open but when we got there the whole street was blocked off. We had to purchase another ticket for another garage that was open
I received my tickets for "The Wizard of Oz" at The Sphere in October. I titled this "Wait and See" because I've yet to use the tickets and I'm disappointed that they can't be placed into my Apple Wallet. So, I'll just have to wait and see.

The process is VERY difficult to follow. I still don't know where to park. SpotGo says I don't have a reservation but yet I have a screenshot that I do.
