The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

I received my tickets for "The Wizard of Oz" at The Sphere in October. I titled this "Wait and See" because I've yet to use the tickets and I'm disappointed that they can't be placed into my Apple Wallet. So, I'll just have to wait and see.
Stay tuned…
Good experience. I am just typing to fulfill the required amount of words for me to get off of this ridiculous extra fluff.
The process is VERY difficult to follow. I still don't know where to park. SpotGo says I don't have a reservation but yet I have a screenshot that I do.
This site makes it super easy to get tickets for any concert
I don't want you to leave a review. You should not be forced to make a review to confirm that you got your tickets
I was in line online for two days to buy Bad Bunny tickets. I was told that he had opened other dates for the concert that was completely sold out for the rest of the dates that he had on his residency. I checked my status on Friday night around 11:00 PM and noticed I was able to buy tickets. They gave me 10 minutes to buy them and because I was buying for some family members and myself I had to borrow a credit card from somebody. When I made it to the screen to pick the seats it even showed the stage like Bad Bunny's stage. After I finished the purchased, when I got the email confirmation my niece noticed that I had bought tickets for some other artists who'm I've never heard about and they wouldn't cancel/reimburse my tickets. Now I'm trying to resale them on stubhub.
No issues. Just confused a little when the email delivery switched over to Ticketmaster
Ordering was quick & easy. Tickets 🎫 were sent electronically
Not sure if I have to wait for tickets or my confirmation number is all I need. This process has been so frustrating cause I feel like I dont have tickets just confirmation number. I ordered my tickets in May. It is September and still wondering if the info i have is enough to get me in the show.
Went on the site, clicked the seats and got the seats I wanted in under a minute
I had to order these tickets six different transactions. There are still pending charges and credits to my credit card. SIX TIMES! That's absolutely ridiculous. Out of desperation I tried one more time and that one went through. My bank held my card for suspicious activity. This is the worst experience I've ever had trying to purchase something so expensive. I'm still mad about it. There were no options for help. I tried finding a contact but it only routed me to FAQS. Just completely awful experience.
It went as well as could be expected. Had no problems enjoyed the service.
It was fast and efficient. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service experience.
First time getting tickets thru Tickets in Sale. Easy process, all went great.
I got that parking pretty good, my car was incredibly thankful knowing where she was gonna park during the concert.
Interface was easy to use. Everything went smoothly. Definitely will use them again.
Great, easy process and cheap prices.
Looking forward to the experience.
Still waiting for notification that my E-Tickets have been sent or transferred
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
