Quite positive, the only disappointment was that so many people beat me to the draw and seats that I had hoped to get were already taken.

Bought tickets online and get an email saying we would receive the tickets a day before the event. Now got a email asking to confirm if we got an email. Yes, we got an email but still no tickets. Not sure what the ticket process is.

I love the idea of getting a reserved garage for a concert the process was easy and quick with getting confirmation email. I didn't love that is was cheaper to just show up and get into the garage or if you go past the time on the confirmation email you are stuck in the garage until paying for another full day. Of course that is in no way this company's fault we left later we had to get a hotel since we couldn't drive. I just assumed we would have to pay the difference in time, so that's on me.
