Tickets won't show until last day before show. This seems a little suspect to me. Business could just not digitally produce it and leave with everyone's money. I'm hoping that's not the case.
I haven't gone to the show that I purchased tickets for as that date is still in the future. You sent me 5 emails since I purchased those tickets asking if I "received my confirmation email" and advertising other things I'm not interested in. When I clicked the link saying "yes, I received my confirmation email" it brought me to this stupid review page. So here's your stupid review.

I was unaware the ticket master site was redirecting me and I paid $200 more for these tickets than I should have as it was US dollars and I realized too late. I thought I was being scammed and cancelled my credit card which was a pain. They said the tickets would not come until the day before the concert and I was scared not to get tickets so I bought more from ticketmaster and they came the tickets from this site came the next day. I feel like the ticket site is made to look like the venue site (Cain ParK in Cleveland Hts Ohio). I was searching for Cain Park tickets to the Gillian Welch show in July and was directed to your site. I assumed this was the their ticketing online service. Then after digging deeper and finally finding the actual site was angry with your tactics to appear as the only way to find tickets.
Olg sent confirmation code. Presumed I was on a Canadian site. Charged in usd. $50 more than ticket master for exact same seats. Bull$#*!!

Bought two tickets on website for April 5th@7:30pm as advertised on website and confirmation page after purchase as well as email provided. An hour before the game, I downloaded the tickets. Game time was now advertised@ 4pm on tickets only but everywhere else is for 7:30pm. Missed the game due to incorrect time advertised on website.
I requested and begged for a change of date. But was denied. My husband is 70 years old and he was called in for a cancellation surgery opening for his hip replacement that we've waited for for 19 months. His hip surgery date is on April 20, making it unable for us to fly home from Las Vegas to Calgary Alberta airport, then drive to Jaffray BC Canada (another 4 hours) from the Donny Osmond event tickets Friday, April 17.
The entire process is confusing. I will receive an email… my tickets have been transferred. I honestly don't even know where the tickets are or if I'm going to get them. Wish this process was streamlined and easier to follow.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
