The tickets prices are in USD, while the event is taking place in Canada. The website did not specify this. The tickets were already higher than retail, plus the exchange rate was added. The tickets cost me at least double, if not more than what they were being sold for.

I give 3 stars for pretty good! The event tickets come later closer to event! The only thing I had to do is respond to notifications I received confirmation email. I clicked yes, and it lead me to this review. I feel once the transfer of tickets happens, I can't give 5 stars yet!
Buyer beware. Ticketsonsale was first showing up on my social media feed. I mistook this site for Ticketmaster in my rush to purchase, believing the event would sell out fast. I bought and paid TWICE as much as venue was charging. My bad. Buyer beware.
Was supposed to get two pit passtickets to the freedom 500 on April 10 paid $281 only to find out that the tickets were $40 tickets and they're not even pit pass tickets. What a rip off what a rip off.
Easy peasy. Simple process and straight forward. I like that tickets are digitally delivered right to my phone. Beyond that, this is what they do, right, so the fact that I can't complete a simple survey without a "title" and saying something is annoying.
I ordered tickets to dirty dancing. Tickets on sale came up first in the google search and it looked just like the tcu place that i wanted to order on. After I placed the order I got my receipt and noticed it didn't come from tcu place. When I went to tcu webpage, the tickets were way less then I paid. I tried contacting tickets on sale, but they refused to refund me. I will make sure from now on I double check that we website is actually from where I want to order. I will never order from tickets onsale again.
Not sure yet. I paid for the tickets but they dont send them to you only 2 days before the venue starts? What if I dont get them or something happens. Sorry I am not comfortable with this process. If I paid for them I want the tickets in hand.
Fine just do not want constant request for feedback
I found out after I made the purchase that I would not receive the tickets until possibly the day before the concert. This makes me very nervous and I hope I have not been scammed.
I found the website easy to navigate and purchase tickets for the show I will be attending. I was able to select the section and row of the tickets, but not the individual seats. Some of the seats will have a viewing obstruction, which is noted in fine print after you put the seats in your cart. I would like to ability to be able to select exactly which seats desired. And, it would be helpful if the note about the viewing obstruction was more prominent.
Thankfully, I received my tickets quickly and my overall experience was good so far.
Had I realized this was a 3rd party site, I wouldn't have ordered. It's a lot of money to spend with no cancellation or refunds. It's deceiving that the site is made to look and act like Ticketmaster.
I am anxious to wait 5 months until my event to see if my tickets are legit or not. I would have fathered gone through Ticketmaster directly.

The process was simple enough; I have no complaints. The only *meh* was the redemption offers for credit cards, et al.
Gave it the number of tickets and then requested preferred location. Paid for tickets and received confirmation of them. Simple instructions on how to receive them and how to present them at the gate for the event.
Easy to access; however, it would be nice to see an actual seating chart
This is not the original place to buy tickets.
I found out after I bought these tickets that they were originally on sale for only $60.00 a person. Same area. Same venue. Same dates. Same concert. That is less than 1/2 of what I paid here.
That is theft of my hard-earned dollars.
It's horrific that I cannot get those dollars back.
