The experiences was satisfactory. The ticket purchase were as described but the ability to view the tickets location or see the field view from the seats would have been a vast improvement on the purchasing experience.

When buying 2 tickets for an event I thought the price was for both tickets. Instead the listed price was for each ticket. I made an honest mistake in purchasing tickets that were not what I thought I was paying. I called within minutes to cancel my order and was told that I could not and my only option was to resell the tickets. However, they have not even sent the digital tickets, with a vague communication that tickets may arrive as late as the day of the event. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience, and at this point I just hope to at least receive the tickets.
I realized I accidently went through this site to purchase my tickets and they were DOUBLE what I would have paid if I had been paying attention.
