I think the ticket ordering process was fine but this delivery confirmation email is annoying and being forced to complete. The survey makes me feel slightly anxious. It feels like a scam.

As expected. I do not appreciate your almost strongarm techniques to force people to buy insurance. I have purchased tickets for years without insurance. I have found that YOUR COMPANY should do their jobs, and ensure customer purchases are safe.
You strongarm the customer to purchase insurance. As a matter of fact, my purchase wouldn't go through unless I bought 16.00/ticket insurance. Three times your site disallowed my purchase, until I sprung for insurance.

Easy to use but the one issue I have is they don't give you the seat number before purchase so you can see what side of the section you're on.
I've been requesting a refund since March 14th, the day the rodeo was canceled and the grounds were closed due to multiple issues at the venue. Since then, the process has been extremely frustrating and circular, with no clear resolution or timeline provided. As of today, I still have not received my refund. I expected a more straightforward process given that the event did not take place. Disappointing experience overall.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
