I'm a little disappointed that I couldn't cancel my order and still haven't been notified that the tickets have been transferred to me even after I paid for them.
Thought i was on venue web site, was not; a bit misleading overall, and they seemed to have early access to tickets i did not understand; chat function was poor as well
My delivery date is 2 days before the event, which is 3 months out from the purchase date. Just praying I get them before then.

Since the concert was in Canada I stupidly assumed the ticket price was in Canadian dollars not US dollars.

I didn't mean to buy from this company but when I did I got nervous. I received a call from their customer service that my tickets were sold to another person so they quickly helped me get tickets that ended up being better seats. Very grateful!
It was easy to follow the instructions and payment methods and I am looking forward to being at this show!
