Within 60 seconds of clicking "Purchase" I realized I had made a grave mistake and overlooked a calendar conflict. All of the emails confirming my purchase said to "contact us" or "view order" but none of the buttons were active or clickable. I sent multiple emails and tried to contact them immediately. After a week of trying to cancel the tickets, I'm out $178. And later I found out the same tickets were available at the venue for $29 each. I'm not happy with this company at all. Ridiculous markup, hard to contact...

I already put in a Review saying I was Happy and relieved I was given undeserved money to Ticket Master
I thought it might be Ticket Master and expected a $30 Extortion Fee. If it was Ticket Master I would go to the venue and buy it and if I couldn't do that I would rather not go then give those Predators my money
