The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

Not sure how I got into this website when I was looking for Freeman Arts Pavilion, but I ordered tickets that were more than double what they were on the real site, can't cancel them, and charged outrageous amount for insurance, which you don't even see until you get the email, and now you keep asking me to confirm my email.
This is nuts. I go to Ticketsonsale to buy tickets that then sends me to Ticketmaster only to have a confirmation from SmartCustomer? How many companies need to be involved? How much more confusion could you add to this process. I'm stressed out about all of this and feel like maybe I've fallen for a scam. And if it isn't a scam, how much less could my tickets have cost if you didn't have so many entities trying to make a profit off of my wanting to see a show at the Paramount.
I was a little surprised after paying that the cost was in US funds. I live close to the venue and realized I was on a different site after I paid. I paid more fir the tickets which sucks but I received my tickets already and we are looking forward to the concert
Purchased the tickets from TicketsOnSale but then the confirmation can from Ticketmaster, not TicketsOnSale. Didn't expect that and it left me confused as I had looked into Tickmaster as well. I thought the two entities were competitors. But now I understand that's normal. A note explaining that would have been nice, as it left me second-guessing myself on who I bought tickets from, and did I buy from both companies unknowingly.
I only wish I could transfer tickets to my wallet on my phone!
Quietest to pick our seats and we are excited to be able to see "David."
It was slightly confusing on how to have the tickets on my phone
I have never received my tickets. I'm two days out from the concert and I still have not received my tickets in an email. I don't know what to do about this.
Super easy and simple. I was nervous, but everything went through without a hitch.
I thought I would have a problem because I entered my address incorrectly, but I was able to resolve everything via chat. Wonderful customer service!
While I have received a confirmation email, I had not received actual tickets. Tickets would be much appreciated. I will not purchase from this site again.
I think I followed instructions but not confident about having access to BB tickets in June. I have the MLB app on my phone and the 5 tickets are not showing up on the app. Seems I can get to via web. Is that all good?
It was a good user friendly experience, although I didn't know ticket site were resale tickets until
I received confirmation.
The process of purchasing, email communication and quickly receiving the transfer of tickets all went very smoothly. However, the problem I have is that I felt deceived. I went onto ticket master site to get tickets. Very quickly the selection shown to me was getting limited. I worried I wouldn't get any tickets, so I quickly choose 2 seats and processed the order. Only after confirmation, did I realize I wasn't getting the tickets directly through ticket master. When I received the email to transfer tickets, I followed the prompts and the tickets arrived in my ticket master account. SO… in the end I ended up paying way more for the seats then they are listed as on ticket master! This was quite upsetting and deceiving! There is obviously a connection with tickets on sale and ticket master for them to be able to be transferred into my ticket master account. So, why were they so much more?
I received the tickets I ordered in a timely mannner. I encountered no issues with the purchase of the tickets or having them transferred to my phone app.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
