I found it confusing when you had to put the number of "parking" tickets to purchase, and the cost of parking was as much as a concert ticket. And, you had to buy a minimum of 2 tickets, at $145, to get in the main garage. That's crazy! I paid over $85 for one parking in the Trinity garage. Ridiculous!
I was given rows, and sections but not the exact seating selection. At least I couldn't figure it out. Request a simpler system for selecting seats.
Apparently, all these lots are managed by someone else. I bought parking on here and tried to use that parking, and I got a ticket! Now I have to send my ticket via email to the company that manages those lots to see if they'll cancel the ticket. So there's that. Also, the parking is MUCH cheaper in person, same day of the event. Which is what I did not know. I paid 50 for parking when it could have been 10.
I purchased tickets to Luke Bryan at Budweiser stage and after purchase received an email saying I won't get the tickets til 5 days before the show. Hopefully no issues getting the tickets.
I live in Los Angeles and bought tickets for my dad and Brother to go to the baseball game on Father's Day. It was going to be a rain out and the first thing that I did not have a direct ticket I was not able to be reimbursed and they cannot go to Game. Truly disappointing.
Was directed to this website when looking for tickets rather than the actual venue. Just thought the venue was using a different vender now. Purchased tickets, I know there is a disclaimer about 3rd party, but it's NOT too noticeable. Prices in USD and more than $50 more than the prices from the venue. NO recourse, so I will have to absorb the extra cost. NEVER buy from here! Basically, legal scalpers.
