I would prefer the tickets to be delivered via text with a link instead of email. I find it easier to use my phone with a QR code or barcode to scan for entrance. I would prefer receiving the tickets the same way as receiving airline boarding passes with the phone.
I purchased two parking tickets. Arrived at garage then there was no spot to scan the qr it said to call i gave them my info, they let me out of garage but then I received a text about getting a fee because I didnt pay but I did. I submitted a dispute and still waiting to hear back.
I ordered 2 tickets for the Doobie Brothers who will be at the PNC in August. The only thing that confused me a little was the down loading of the purchased tickets. I finally figured it out and they are now safely loaded in My Wallet on my iPhone.
