Overall it was an easy transaction, however I would prefer to receive my electronic tickets at time of purchase to relieve the anxiety of not getting them at a later date.
I was very disappointed. We purchased the tickets for over double face value. The time listed on the site listing, on the email confirmation and the time listed on the email delivering the tickets we're all incorrect. Unfortunately, we did not open the tickets or realize the time was incorrect. We arrived at the show late. We miss the beginning and it was very disappointing. I would not purchase from this website again. I have three screenshots stating the incorrect time.
I realize my purchase was charge in US $ only after the transaction was completed.
The event is base in canada it should be solde in CAD or it should be really clear that it would be charge in us before the transaction is complet.
I purchased the tickets and have a confirmation that my tickets will be available by Friday, June 19,2026. That is far too late. You should ensure that all tickets are delivered promptly to the purchaser a reasonable number of days PRIOR to the concert. Indicating that the will be delivered so late is an element of stress that I do not need! I will NOT use this service again, solely for this reason.
The waiting for confirmation of transfert of the tickets that are purchased is hell, especially when you do not know at what time you will get them (and if) on the same day as the show occurs.

The process is associated with useless procedures and stages. Receiving a confirmation email is not associated with receiving the tickets. It is ridiculous not to have received the tickets 72 hours after having bought them.

Did not realize this was a US site. Thought it was Ticketmaster Canadian. I have paid DOUBLE the price for my 2 tickets. Very frustrating and disappointing. 😩
I purchased tickets to a concert and thought it was Ticketmaster. My confirmation was from Ticketsonsale a reseller. The concert is July 25 and my confirmation states that the tickets get transferred to me on July 24. The day before! I feel very anxious about 4 people travelling 5 hours and booking two hotel rooms when I wonder if the tickets are legit. I spent a lot of money.
Is there any way we can get the tickets now? It would bring me down much comfort.
I did get a confirmation number and a follow up email asking if I got a confirmation email. So that followip give me a bit of comfort.
Please help to send the actual tickets to me if you process that request.

Your paying twice the amount and your never sure if your gonna get your tickets or not, because I was unsure of getting my tickets on time I felt better to cancel, the fact that I couldn't cancel even within a time frame makes me not want to go though this service or recommend it to anyone.
I didn't see that the tickets were in American funds as the concert is in Niagara Falls, Canada. When I found the seats I wanted and clicked on it was then sent to me by ticketmaster so I was completely confused as to who I purchased from. I cannot afford such a ticket price as it is not in Canadian funds and thoroughly disgusted that I couldn't return them.
This may have been my issue, but I didn't realize it was a platform for a 3rd party to sell tickets. I realized this after i purchased the tickets and they were more expensive than on other sites. But the service was seamless.
I spent $269 on two tickets for the grounds thinking I get something different than the $180 version but there is no difference in the grounds access benefits…
They sent a confirmation email about my ticket which was really just a ploy to get me to fill out this survey. I'm not sure if I even have my actual ticket.
Have not used a ticket agency in a long time. Worry sometimes if tickets show in time for show.
