I was notified late in the day by email that my ticket purchase was denied to the tickets not being available. I do realize that there is a time gap between what you purchase and what the online availability says but I had already informed my guest where our tickets were and then had to go back and notify them that that was not the case. Didn't work the first time, then price increased. With the price increase there also was no reduced child price.
I went through this 2 hrs ago. The price was $50 each, I gave my visa # and all info and it didn't confirm the reservation. It was even less for the child.

I was un aware that the tickets wouldn't be transferred to me until the day before the event. I try to cancel when I was made aware of this issue and was unable to. I end up having to buy another set of tickets.

I ordered the ticket but never got the seat number or an option to select a seat. Is it assigned? I did receive the confirmation email that I ordered the ticket but did not get an actual ticket yet and do not see anything in the email explaining when I get the ticket. I regret purchasing these tickets and not recognizing that I wasn't buying them directly from Cirque du Soleil. My only excuse is that I was ill at the time and probably should have read more carefully. I requested cancellation and the agent declined, which is even more disappointing.
I found the instructions/steps to be clear and concise. The process was quick & easy. The follow up was easy to follow.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
