I didn't realize that when I purchase my 4 concert tickets for $929.00 that I would not receive my tickets until possibly one day before the concert, which isn't until Oct 29th. I also didn't realize that the tickets I hopefully will receive, will have another person name printed on them other than mine. This is not how I usually do business and not what I expected, I would rather wait to give an over all review until after I hopefully have enjoyed my scheduled concert.
It was easy to use and the experience was simple. I recommend this site to other people.
I haven't received my tickets yet, but the overall process was simple. I like that they included taxes and fees into the price shown, instead of throwing it in at the end.
