As far as buying and purchasing the tickets the process was simple and easy. But that being said there were and are some uncertainties. I don't know why I didn't receive the tickets instantly after paying for them and getting a confirmation number. And now that creates some worry that I will not receive the tickets on time or at all there is not real clear answer for that, it says estimated delivery date 5/13/26? But is this emailed or what? Hopefully I receive them with no issues.

When I found out that the artist that I have been waiting on was coming to play within an hours drive of my house I was definitely going to purchase tickets. I usually use ticket master but I thought I would try Ticketsonsale. Everything went smoothly. Our tickets will be transferred electronically closer to the concert time.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
