I purchased tickets online thinking it was Ticketmaster only to see later that it wasn't.
I wanted to get a refund for the amount the same day and was told that I could not. I made a mistake and still would not refund me.
Also I did not know it was bought in US FUNDS until I seen my bank account.
Also I haven't gotten my tickets, if I bought and already paid, I shouldn't have to wait to receive them.
Kind of disappointed.

I was expecting to just buy my tickets and have them sent to me. The third party thing is new to me here, and its just a little confusing.
When ordering I was given choices of available seats & pricing. Very easy to order. Hopeful that the barcode comes thru before the show since I'll need to present my phone for entry.

I feel like once payment has been received, the electronic tickets should be emailed immediately. I don't think making them available one day before the event is appropriate.
Would be nice to have the ability to cancel if needed with the concert so far out, that is the only issue I have, everything else was fine.
I thought I was buying tickets direct, and the site said I was getting a great deal on 2 standard tickets... I only realized this was a resale site when I received a confirmation email that the tickets were transferred. I then went on ticketmaster and found better tickets (in VIP!) for LESS than I paid for the tickets on your site. As soon as I realized my mistake it was too late and I couldn't cancel.
After purchasing ticket, I was updated on when I would receive the ticket. The ticket was delivered in advance and the anxiety of getting my ticket was removed. I am very satisfied!
Process of purchasing ticket was easy. I was anticipating receiving my ticket today and not waiting until March 28th.

Did not realize that I purchased from a 3rd party vendor. So I am currently a little cautious until ticket is in hand and works at the entrance.

In the process of downloading your ticket it would be nice if there was an option to be able to add it to your Wallet on your mobile device. I'm able to do that with any other tickets I purchased from any other sources and for some reason I can't manipulate that with your process.
I was buying tickets for a hockey game playoff and didn't realize that this was a third party seller. I am still waiting for my tickets to be delivered to me. That's frustrating knowing the amount of money I've paid. I hope if and when they are received I can change my outlook on this site. Stay posted.
I thought I was purchasing tickets from the only authorized seller and completed my transaction quickly due to the timer countdown you'll see when buying tickets. Only after purchasing did I realize I was buying from a reseller for more than double the face value before the tickets even went on sale. Their no cancellation policy only confirms that they don't have good intentions. I only have myself to blame for not slowing down and confirming what I was buying, but this type of business gives other businesses a bad name.
I have placed these tickets in my Apple wallet. Are these tickets complete or do I have to make another step the day of the performance?
