I purchased two tickets for a comedy show to celebrate my anniversary. When we went to the venue, we learned the show was in Spanish. We don't speak Spanish and this fact was not advertised on the website when I purchased the tickets. I attempted to get a refund and was denied by the company. This is bad business and I will never buy from this company again.
Run Away! I will NEVER use this service again. I was charged $174 for two tickets. I finally got the tickets and the price printed on each ticket is $47.50. I placed the order on May 27 and never received a confirmation, or tickets. Finally called as the show is tomorrow. It took 30 minutes for the guy to first lie to me and say he had sent the tickets this morning, yeah right, and then actually send them to me. I am horrified. They are lawn seats. The show isn't even sold out. Ripped off!
This company uses trickery to pay high prices for tickets that are going for a much lower price. Do not use this company.
They charged me $140 for a ticket for an area (best seats) that sold for $40 less if I chose the individual seats.

The whole experience was sketchy. Kept getting popups saying "hurry, tickets are almost sold out"(they are not even close to being sold out). I chose seats in row A and ended up with seats in row S. The amount of $ that was charged ended up being $30 more than the pending charge on my card (more hidden fees?). The markup was too high on the tickets, I could have got the same tickets directly from Ticketmaster for 1/2 the price I ended up paying.

My daughter picked out tickets to an upcoming concert but by the time I entered the payment info, I received a message that the time had expired. While attempting to start over, I then received an email thanking me for my purchase with a receipt of payment. An hour later, I received a phone call asking if the purchase was valid. After confirming the tickets I ordered, I was told the sale was good. Minutes later I received another email that the purchase was canceled. I called and was told there was a problem with my card (there isn't) and the rep asked for my card info again. I told them to cancel the order and ended up finding cheaper tickets elsewhere.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
