I purchased $400 tickets got insurance on them and the show got cancelled I never got an email saying there was going to be a reschedule so I flew to another state to find out the show wasn't on for the night. I'm very upset especially because I paid for insurance and they're saying they can't help me get a refund. Crazy smh!

I just found out that the event I bought tickets for was cancelled and instead of them refunding my money o get a store credit with and expiration date! What a freakin rip off! Won't be using them again!

I bought tickets but cant find them! It should not be this challenging to get the tickets I bought.

I ordered tickets to a same-day baseball game and was directed to get the tickets from the MLB Ballpark app. After verifying my email, I still never received the tickets. Absolute waste of money.

I was scammed and not given my ticket. Customer service said they'll do an investigation that'll take 3-5 business days? But couldn't do anything for me on the day of the show. Which I drove 4 hours for.

Tickets won't pull up electronically. Can't print them from my IPhone as I am from out of town w no print access. Help!

My little brother somehow managed to buy a ticket on here, which I caught not even 5 minutes later, and they would not give a refund.

Like being ripped off. You literally took someone else's work, sold it to me, and charge me a bunch of money to do nothing.

Helpful finding tickets and having cheap tickets good work

Last minute purchase for an event, had to keep contacting tour aervice to find my tickets. They kept having issues locating the order. When the seller finally released the tickets I couldnt get in their site to open or recieve them. I missed out on an event because of how slow and didicult of a process it was.

I purchased tickets for Dead & Company and still have not received the tickets. I contact the tickets on sale and was told by a bot and it takes time. Concert is in 48 hours and still nothing.

I choose tickets in the front if the balcony. When the purchase was finalized the tickets were in the very back of the balcony. When I complained I was told I could not get a refund but I could buy more tickets wher I wanted to sit!

It wasn't that hard finding your way about on the site also it's not a scam I thought so at first but I trust the process only problem is you gotta wait at least 4 days to receive your tickets, otherwise it's all good.

Purchased a parking pass and never received the QRL code. Called customer service and was told sorry seller not answering the phone. Haven't received my $$ back $117.00 and they couldn't get us a new pass. We were stuck walking over 20 minutes to our concert. We were on hold for over 10 minutes while they looked into this.

I ordered four (4) tickets and thus far I only received three (3).
Waiting on my final ticket. Why was only three sent>
