I purchased $400 tickets got insurance on them and the show got cancelled I never got an email saying there was going to be a reschedule so I flew to another state to find out the show wasn't on for the night. I'm very upset especially because I paid for insurance and they're saying they can't help me get a refund. Crazy smh!

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
