I bought tickets at it looked like a reputable company, paid and then realised I'd paid 5 times the cost if tickets selling elsewhere. I tried to cancel. Their whole email/telephone customer service is set up so you can't get anything resolved, links don't work in their emails and phone calls go around in circles and tgen get cut off. The live chat only answers specific questions. The whole set up is designed to scam you out if lots of money. Do t use them.

This show is less than a month away and I still haven't received my digital tickets!

Same day ticket purchase - NO confirmation. Refund? Company said NO. Lost $54. Baseball game w/out me

First time customer with them last night. Ordered tickets for Three Doors Down and Candlebox in Simpsonville, SC on 8/30/23. Tickets were not delivered until one hour into the event. By then, I had to go to a reputable site, Ticketmaster, and purchase tickets. Contacted them today and they told me to pound sand. This was a $26 transaction that they would not refund even though their site guarantees a refund if not delivered on time. I am sure they will make this right when they realize the error they made and I will amend my review to disclose that if it happens. The one star will stay either way. This is a garbage site that I assume is legit as it is the top listing on google. If you would like more details, leave your email in a reply and I will gladly provide documentation. It is important to me that I save another person from this type of hassle. (You will see in the photo below that the tickets were delivered at 8:28 pm for a 7:30 pm show.)

This was terrible,they were fake tickets and charged me double the price of actual tickets, you're extremely lucky I don't consider a lawsuit!

I haven't got my tickets yet as of today 8/30/23 and the show is the Friday the 9/1/23

It's a US cie, that also sale tickets in Canada for canadian event, but they do not tell canadians customers that price are in US $.

I purchased tickets through site. I hadn't received them and the event was a day away. I stopped by the venue. The folks at the venue advised me the row where the tickets were supposed to be DID NOT EXIST!

I've dealt with just about every re-Seller out there so I am not a rookie to the process These guys are crooks!

First time using this site. Was able to find a performance that matched what I neeed and purchase tickets easily.

Didn't ever get my tickets. Confirmation emails tell you to " accept and log in" but give you no links or information. Website is usless

Incredibly high service charge of $360. Customer care can not change this charge even though I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get them sent to me. Outrageous!

We ordered tickets for an event. The process said we will receive the ticket transfer 2 days before the event date.
We did receive emails from the website, but they just said "you need to accept them", with no links or instructions. It said "wait for another email", which never arrived (checked spam and all).

On the day of the event, reached out to their chat support, and they claimed "we re-initiated the transfer", but again, nothing showed up.

When asking for a refund they just say "no refunds".

The whole site feels like a scam... no way to see my orders, or even login...

Avoid them.

Six months ago, I bought 2 tickets to Lynard Skynyrd for $872.02. I was told they would send me the tickets electronically by the day of the event. I checked all my folders in my email including my spam folder and the tickets DID NOT arrive. When I called them on the day of the event, they told me to go to will call to retrieve my tickets. I did and still no tickets. I call TICKETSONSALES again and I was informed that they had already released my tickets to someone else. Then I was told they would issue me a full refund within 3-5 business days. The refund NEVER came through. I called them back to inquire and I was told that they had sent the tickets and I would not receive a refund. I called them back to verify that they had recorded all my previous conversation and the answer was yes and they would look into it again. I have a very bad feeling this is going around and around until they hope I give up. VERY DISAPOINTED!

I ordered some tickets back in April for a concert that is happening tomorrow. I got the "successful ticket transfer email" but never got the actual email with the tickets. I looked in both spam and regular mailbox. I then reached out for help. I was told a retransfer request was going to be submitted and it shouldn't take longer than 1-2 days. A week had passed so I had my friend who is going with me reach out while I was at work to see what was going on. They said that I needed to not be concerned until 24 hours before the concert. I reached out today to see what the hell was going on and still NO answers. I am very frustrated with this entire process and still have no tickets. Do NOT buy from this company if you actually want to spend your money on something worth the while. This all feels like a scam and I am extremely disappointed. I do expect a full refund for my tickets.

I'm not so sure about Tickets OnSale. If I pay for 120.00 sears the. Don't send me tickets for 75.00 tickets.

I bought tickets and the show was reschedule. I was never informed about the reschedule. I wanted a refund on the tickets and they would not provide a refund. I spent hours on the phone only to be lied to, misinformed and at the end of the day out of $500.

Ok I don't like doing self service and getting charged for it, so this will be the only time I go thru Ticketmaster.
