DO NOT USE this place for tickets, use ticket master instead, the tickets are over priced and the customer service absolutely sucks. NO REFUNDS even tho I didn't get any tickets, what kind of farse is this? I bought these for my wife for her birthday. Wooohooo happy birthday to her NOT! I called and asked for a refund and no was my answer, I said I didn't get my tickets,,, she said I could resell my tickets,, I said what tickets I didnt' get any. Oh sir you don't need any just post them on our site.

This company uses unethical practices to fool people searching for tickets, and then they refuse to cancel orders. They absolutely can cancel orders, they just refuse to and say they don't have the option or power to. They lie, and will not directly answer any of your questions. I hope they get shut down sooner than later

Tickets on sale does a good job of hiding large fees that they charge you. We assumed that the charges were part of the ticket price, but ended up being almost 33% of the price of the tickets. We spent $712 on the tickets with a delivery fee of a delivery fee $7.53. What was not known to us was the $233.22 service charge. We did not know the total they were going to charge us until after we paid. They have refused to reimburse us for this fee.

I purchased 2 tickets for Coldplay in San Diego ca. My order got canceled not once but twice. These people are so incompetent. I called back to make sure the card didn't get charged 2 times. The sales associate could not explain why the orders got cancelled. Then when I was to get the order again to be correct, the amount of the two tickets went up $100. No way! So I am giving "tickets for sale" a horrible waste of my time and energy bad experience. Do not use these people. They overcharge and all associates are incompetent!

Bought 2 tickets on Ticketsonsale to Colin James concert in Vancouver, Feb 3 2024. Thought I was paying in $450C$. Was charged C$615.71. Please refund

My wife and I bought tickets more than two months ago and were told that we would receive our tickets they day before the day of the concert. We paid more than $500 as well. Now that tomorrow 9/21/23 is the day of the concert, we still haven't received them. As we call "customer service" they proceed to pretend that it is our fault even though we confirmation numbers and all! If anyone reads this, do not take a picture of anything that you have because this $#*!ed up company will delete your previous complaint and purposely start over if you have a bad complaint. NEVER USE THIS BOGUS online site!

Purchased tickets for an event. The email stated the tickets would be available within 24-48 hours. When I waiting for the Emil with the tickets I opened an email that stated the tickets would be available the day before the event. That would not work for me, because the tickets needed to be distributed prior to the event. I contacted customer service when I realized this was the case, and they said they could not do anything. The advertising stated that the tickets would be available after purchase, it never stated it would be the day before the event. They refused to do anything, even though I said it was false advertising, so I disputed the transaction with my bank. The customer service person with Ticketsonale, basically ended the on line chat. I would discourage everyone to not purchase tickets from this website, and not to sell tickets here either. I am disputing the purchase.

I chose this site to purchase my ticket because I was looking for specific section to sit near a friend. Once I purchased my ticket the checkout price was more than double with all the service fees. My ticket was said to be emailed to the the day before the concert. I have still not received it. I also was not given my seat number. It is very hard to get a phone number to speak to Customer Service and they are not helpful whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money on this website - stick to Ticketmaster it is much more timely and trustworthy.

This site charged a total of $78 for Ga Aquarium Parking, which, known to anyone who has been there, costs $20. This site makes its business by taking advantage of what travelers don't know. When contacted to request a refund, their representative let me know that upcharges are part of their business. I'm hoping that my $58 wasted dollars helps other people looking to plan ahead know that this business is here to take advantage of what people can't know if they aren't local.

This company uses Google algorithms to get to the top of the search page when you search for concert tickets. It's page looks like the page of the venue, but when you purchase tickets there is an exhorbitant amount of fees that are added onto the price. I ended up paying 40% more for a ticket because of it. And the do not offer exchanges or returns, even within minutes of purchase. Specifically their website is https://www.ticketsonsale.com/

Lack of transparency. Terrible customer service. Do not buy tickets from here.many tickets aren't even purchased until you purchase from here. No transparency about that until you are complete. No transparency on $40 fee. Customer service agents don't respond in live chat and lie. Go anywhere else.

Made a huge mistake buying from these crooks. General Admission tickets were $35.00 and the venue still had many of them at the time I made my purchase. I thought I was on the venues site and seeing them for $ 93.00, so I selected 4 tickets. Apparently I had several tabs open and still not sure how I ended up at "Tickets On Sale's site". Regardless, I purchased 4 at the inflated price but the kicker was Tickets on sale then tacked on an additional $128.00 in service fees! $ 500.00 for what was $140.00 on the venues site and available. Now show has been canceled and I cant get a sole on the phone or to return an email... Ill post daily across the internet until I get a 100% refund.

Paid $50 for minor league baseball tickets and at the gate they were $13.00 Customer service was not any help and refused to issue any type of refund.

They tell you the tickets will be available 2 days before the event. I don't feel reassured I will even get a ticket since the area it was sold for wasn't even apart of the seating. When asking about the seating and how it wasn't available on ticket master for seats they said not to worry. Just to ensure myself that I will be able to go I bought a ticket off ticket master which was way cheaper than the one bought from them. It's a complete waste of time and no matter the questions you never get a straight answer. NEVER buy a ticket from them!

I bought two tickets, not realizing I was being charged double what the market value is. Then on top of that was charged all these service fees. Tried to call back right away to cancel my order and they told me all I could do is try to resell my tickets and basically screw someone else over instead.
