I ordered electronic tickets to an event and received an email which was supposed to give me access to the tickets. The link did not work, I received continuous error messages. After contacting customer service twice they would not issue a refund, claiming that they had done their part and other parties were to blame. Their so-called "troubleshooting" was a joke, such sage advice such as "call the box office." So, they walked away with my $172 without so much as an apology.

These guys suck! I paid way over priced tickets to get close and was given nose bleeds. Dont do it! Just book through the venue if you can.

I bought our tickets 6 months in advance, was emailed confirmation stating that I would receive my shipped tickets one week before the concert. Ten days before the concert I was contacted by phone saying my tickets would be at Will Call at the event. The next day I got an email saying I needed to urgently reply and they tell me that my tickets will now be emailed to me the day before the event. The morning of the event I still do not have my tickets and I'm traveling 6 and 1/2 hours for this event. I live chat, per email instructions, with several different people.one saying they cannot contact the seller and will send me 2 new tickets, the other saying that the seller has up until the time of the concert to email me my tickets. After 2 days of emailing, live chatting, off and on I finally get an email telling me to download my tickets but that I have to meet the seller/original purchaser at the door with my ID and Credit Card and be escorted by him. The phone number he gives me to contact him is one number too many. I try to call several different scenarios of numbers. I finally call Ticketsonsale again and they put me on hold for 51 minutes trying to contact the seller to no avail. I am then assured that we can get into the event with the downloaded tickets BUT if we can't then to call them back. We did get in with the emailed/downloaded tickets but the stress of not knowing how, when, where and IF I would receive the 2 tickets I purchased and the hassle of spending several hours on the phone/email/live chat was just ridiculous!

Purchased Hockey Tickets and Never received them.
Tried to contact customer support right before the game with proof and screenshots of the error messages that the tickets were not available.
These Scammers need to be investigated.

They also refused to email me conversations that I had with customer care regarding this issue on the day of the event.

Made the mistake of using this service instead of box office. The ticket was 3 times as much as box office prices for an event 5 months away. They would not refund. I paid for cancel insurance that will probably be a scam too. I learned my lesson $200 later. Buyer Beware

I have received my ticket, they charged me for and xtra set of tickets, that I did not order. Unable to talk with anyone. Very pour customer service. Will never use again

They upcharge you and don't even give a breakdown for it. I bought tickets and got charged 60$ more than stated. And no compensation for their lies. No refunds either. Joke of a site: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT BUY TICKETS HERE!

The tickets that I purchased for a show in my city, in my country were in a foreign currency thus making the tickets $500 more than the face value of the tickets. They also sold me on the "insurance" which is also a joke unless you're in the military, a cop, astronaut, or hit by a car. There's also a processing fee of $100? As well you won't know your seats until the day before? RIPOFF! Beware! Don't do it!

My venue postponed 9 months out and tickets on sale refused to reimburse me for the ticket. The ticket was nearly $30 over the listed price as well.

I will never purchase tickets from this place ever again! It was a huge hassle for us to get it to see the show, and 20 min in we were bored so we left.
After spending that kind of money and hating what we were seeing, Tickets on sale will not refund me. So yeah Never again!

I bought 2 tix but prices are USD is hidden. Paid 2.5x price I could buy at the venue and they will not cancel. Am reporting them. Disgusting!

Scam do not buy tickets from them!
Bought tickets 12 days before the event said they were to be delivered 2 days before gave me the run around for two days on customer service and canceled my order. Total scam!

Ordered two tickets with a face value of $150/each. Was delivered two children's tickets with a fave value of $23/each. I was charged $422 for two useless tickets.

I had ordered Parking for the Rocky Horror Picture Show in Denver Colorado on October 5th. I did not receive them on October 4th so I called their help line. They had me set up an account on ParkWhiz, I did so but still did not receive the parking pass on my e-mail. This was later confirmed by ParkWhiz. I have spent hours trying to resolve this through TicketsonSale with no success. I will never use Ticketsonsale ever again and recommend you do not either!

Signed up for tickets for Tina, Tina Tuner. I was told I was sent instructions. Never received them.

I brought tickets for the game last night. We had a family emergency, so we couldn't attend the game. I tried to get a refund for the three tickets, they tell me I can't get my money back. They don't do refunds, so please don't even try to contact them. But I will be looking into this. This don't make no sense. They have to understand we all are humans, and we all have Emergency!

Please stay away from these crooks they will over charge, not show you fees and not let you cancel or resale.

My husband and I never received our tickets to Queen + Adam Lambert. We stood outside of Madison Square Garden while getting the runaround from "Justine". This is very upsetting considering we spent close to $450 on these tickets. I'm just grateful that opted to get the insurance. We've been waiting 7 months to see this show.
