I had accidentally used this site instead of the original website to buy tickets. They based their price of their general admission tickets on the VIP pricing. I paid OVER $25 dollars more than I should have paid. This was a total rip off. They also don't have an option for accessible seating so not only did I over pay but I might not be able to even see the show because I am in a wheelchair.

Buyer beware. Ordered tickets that were never delivered. More than 6 calls to customer service to resolve. They fight on every aspect. Ticketmaster confirms no tickets were delivered. Rather than refunding, I have to file a chargeback with my bank. You can't trust these people.

Still waiting on my tickets that I purchased months ago with no update at all.

I wanted tickets for an event in my city Vancouver Canada. When I googled for tickets this site came out on top. They did not give full disclosure that the prices were in USD which in turn lends a person to believe they are purchasing a Canadian event in Canadian currency. Within 12 hours they charged my card in USD. My receipt doesn't indicate USD. You cannot reach anyone by phone. The only option is chat. I asked for cancellation and full refund and they refused. I have reported them and they are being investigated! Ticketsonsale are scammers

First off,I was redirected to this site unknowingly. I thought I was on the ticket master site. Now I know different. Called the number for support and with very broken English he explained to process but I am not clear on what he said. The event is not until July so that is 7 months away. The direction on how I will get my official tickets is scary and suspicious in my mind. I have 4 g tied up in 2 tickets that I have no recourse if I don't get them. No supervisors to talk to he says. He is a senior. Oh ok so can you email me with what we have diacussed on the phone? No ma'am, I cant I don't have a computer? So according to this I need to sit and wait for 7 months and hope to fking God I get them. Absolutely stressed to the max

I purchased tickets from TCKETSONSALE, I was attempting to purchase from either Broadway in Chicago or Ticketmaster, and as I am not very computer savvy, I didn't realize that my inquiry was redirected to TICKETSONSALE. To my dismay, after spending more than $800 on show tickets, along with my confirmation, I received a notice that it was for distorted viewed seats. I reached out to the company to ask them if I could either upgrade the tickets for better seats, or refund the tickets, and was told that "no," I couldn't do either. I am a senior citizen. I live with a very limited income, and I was just trying to take my granddaughter and her friend out for a nice afternoon and got scammed. Once we got to the theater on the day of the show, which was yesterday, December 2,2023, they could not read our tickets, there was an issue with the barcode. In addition, we were unable to forward them to someone else's email to be printed off for scanning. We were literally five minutes within the starting time of the play before they were able to get it sorted out at the box office. Once we got to our seats, we could not see anything that was not directly in front of our eyes. Nothing to the left, and nothing to the right, my dear friend, who attended with us, who is a retired schoolteacher, maybe saw a third of the play. Other than that, all we could do is sit there, and listen to the exchange of lines and the music. And from the reviews I've read online, it seems as though a number of people have had this issue with this company. Just a very bad experience all over.

Worst site ever, did not state currency in US dollars for a Canada venue. No help wheh reached out either. Never use this site super misleading. I was advised as it's a US based company prices are in US dollars, it does not state this anywhere. Just super frustrated at this point for getting ripped off.

My fault for not double checking what site I was on. Found out after i got the tickets that Ticket Master had better seats and was 10 dollars cheaper.

Not even a star. Use another reseller if you have to buy on the secondary market. Not transparent. It's a bad business.

Use ads buys to wayyyyy overcharge unsuspecting customers. Keep googling and do not buy here. You'll find cheaper elsewhere

Horrible service. Was charged US funds for game tickets in canada. No where did it say US funds only when got bill on credit card.

TICKETSONSALE.com is the absolute worst rip-off ticket site out there. Make sure you can't get tickets ANYWHERE else before using them. ANY other venue is a better bet for a fair price, even at mark-up. Not only are they exorbitantly over-priced, but you will have a near-impossible time trying to get in touch with them. Go to any other site first.

Bad service, tickets 3x to 4x the normal price. We only get the ticket the day before the event. I will use ticketmaster the next time that's for sure. I recommend this site to no one

0-5 stars, I purchased 2 tickets and the Automatic Download link did not work. I filed a complaint with the BBB. There are multiple complaints for this company. Buyer Beware! Filed a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered electronic tickets to an event and received an email which was supposed to give me access to the tickets. The link did not work, I received continuous error messages. After contacting customer service twice they would not issue a refund, claiming that they had done their part and other parties were to blame. Their so-called "troubleshooting" was a joke, such sage advice such as "call the box office." So, they walked away with my $172 without so much as an apology.

These guys suck! I paid way over priced tickets to get close and was given nose bleeds. Dont do it! Just book through the venue if you can.
