For me, this shady online ticket reseller somehow came up first in my quick search results for concert tickets on my phone - which is questionable to begin with. And the tickets were $50 higher than the original value, which is whatever, take it or leave it. The real rip off is that in my experience, ticketsonsale.com NEVER disclosed any fees or taxes on the tickets I decided to try buying. I'm adding screenshot to demonstrate: they show the cost of the tickets and you're only option is to purchase the tickets from there. I was charged $125 in service & delivery fees for 2 tickets at $161 each. That's a 50% markup. With taxes my $322 in tickets actually came out to about $500. Why not disclose these fees up front? I never would've bought these tickets had I known the exorbitant 50% markup.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I ordered via this provider by mistake. I always utilize Ticketmaster or Live Nation because I receive my tickets after paying for them.

I had NO idea that this service provider doesn't do the same. I purchased 2 tickets in December, 2023. The concert is in July. I found out afterwards that it could take at least 6-7 months before getting my tickets? The deadline date they gave me was one day prior to the concert date. I don't know about you, but I think it's ridiculous that they accept your money but don't deliver the tickets until months later. Potentially, getting tickets up to the day before the concert?

If this is something you don't have an issue with, go ahead & order using this provider.

I just purchased tickets a few hours ago for Brooks and Dunn. I was not able to navigate the website well because it was not working properly. The tickets that I got were 2x what they should have been with all of the fees. I called and talked to 2 people in customer service and they refused to help me. I explained that I had a family emergency that came up and needed to cancel order. They said no. I explained it was not charged to credit card yet and needed to cancel order. They stated I did not get the insurance to be able to cancel the order. I explained that the website was not working and did not allow me to get insurance. This company is very shady and the customer service us awful. I would suggest using any other site to purchase tickets than ticketsonsale.com. These is a scam and will be reported.

Like another reviewer mentioned, take your time and shop around. You are going to end up paying more than double if you purchase from this site and they will it refund you even if you bought your tickets less than 24 hours ago and you don't even have your tickets available to you yet. I was excited to buy my boyfriend tickets to see Benjamin Tod and paid $181 and some change but if I just waited the tickets on the musicians website were literally $25 for gen admission compared to $61 here. So bummed.

I purchased my tickets from there, first time user, and i could tell you, i am not very happy with them. First of all, if you purchase a tickets, they didn't disclose that the sale is final and non-refundable, and then i found that there was an additional $168 charge in addition to the price of the tickets as a service fee. I found later the prices here are much higher than everywhere else. Shop around prior to purchasing from here.

Complete scam - redirected us to a website and charged us more than double what the actual ticket would cost. Absolutely sickening.

Accidentally went to the site because it came up first online. Accidental purchase and can't get refund!

One of the worst experiences I ever had purchasing online. Initially it did was my bad that I was in rush to buy a ticket and haven't read disclaimer about pricing. But I mean 3 times higher - that's ridiculous. I bought a ticket for Miss Monique for 159 instead of 49 and they refuse to cancel it. Be aware and check/compare their prices with original or best just don't buy from them.

They look like legit sellers, but they are scam artists. Once you order you are locked in. No assistance available.

Purchased Front and Center tickets for me and my family in the 2nd row back in September of 23' paid a ton of money for these seats. Never received them.
In December of 23' I received a phone call from them stating that there is something wrong with the tickets and they are no longer available and we will be happy to put you in the third row and give you $100 credit.
So there was nothing I could do but except the offer.
So now it's the day before the event, and I still didn't get the new tickets they offered me in the third row.
When I called to find out what was going on they told me those tickets were not available and they apologize. & take it up with the 3rd party who was selling the tickets.
The best solution They offered was that they would be happy to refund my money….
This all took place 2 hours before my family is getting ready to go to the show.

So so I would never use this company again!

I purchased parking tickets from this sight on the day of an NBA game my son & I were attending. The cost of the ticket was gouged by almost $30, then they offered an express availability option, which made it seem as if I didn't purchase I might not get the pass by tip-off that evening. That added an additional $27 to my order, bringing my parking pass to a little under $100. The tickets then were sent to my Ticketmaster account to use when we arrived. Once we get to the arena, there are PLENTY of parking spots, and the passes we got took me to a lot that was $40 on site. So I basically got taken for $60 using this site! DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR PARKING THROUGH THIS COMPANY! WHAT A RIP OFF!

Do not use this site. They totally upcharged and added crazy fees on top of doubled ticket prices. Also did not disclose additional requirements to purchase on site once you get to the venue. Terrible customer service and once you click the button, they won't refund a thing

I purchased CONFIRMED tickets for the Texas Bowl. Tickets did not arrive as indicated. After both using their Chat Live feature AND calling, I was sent 3 different tickets. NONE of these were the tickets that I paid for. These tickets were on the opposite side of the stadium and were about $60 less each than the tickets I purchased. I have spent several hours with their customer service representative to be completely disrespected and lied to. In short, be warned about purchasing from this company. Their "100% Buyer Guarantee" means nothing other than "You got into the venue." Yes, that is a direct quote. Complete frauds.

I was redirected to this site and thought it was the legitimate venue, my bad for not paying enough attention. I only realized my mistake when I was charged in USD. I'm in Canada. Called by bank and the website's "customer service" and was informed that they don't provide refunds. As soon as you click agree it's too late to make any changes. Also, they charge crazy high fees on top of the price and the exchange. What a ripoff!

I'll admit, I never buy theatre tickets. This makes me a perfect sucker for these types of websites. After a quick google search ticketsonsale.com popped up as the place to buy my tickets. With a rating of 4.4 stars I thought they seemed one of the better sites. Little did I know I could have purchased right from the theatre company! Also, I didn't know the FX fees would have been so high. They could have mentioned the currency was not mine. After all, I did put in a Canadian address. All-in-all I paid nearly 2.5 times the price through this website. Boy do I feel dumb. Take your time, people. Look around and make sure this website is your ONLY option before buying.

Their add-on fees and advertising was such a rip off, go straight to Ticketmaster Don't ever use these people they suck, and when contacted were totally nonresponsive and kind of rude in the way of buyer, beware

I gone online and purchase 4 ticket for Enrique concert. According to display advertisement it was supposed to be $309 per ticket. After I purchase the ticket through my card, it showed extra $450 cost added to ticket ( delivery charge!). When I called them, they said it is normal charged, no refund. My card also stated that I can dispute it by they can cancel your ticket and not pay your money. What a ripe off.

I was spoofed by this website. I knew within seconds of hitting send that I wasn't where i needed to. They gave me zero support or assistance. Total run around by customer support

I had accidentally used this site instead of the original website to buy tickets. They based their price of their general admission tickets on the VIP pricing. I paid OVER $25 dollars more than I should have paid. This was a total rip off. They also don't have an option for accessible seating so not only did I over pay but I might not be able to even see the show because I am in a wheelchair.

Buyer beware. Ordered tickets that were never delivered. More than 6 calls to customer service to resolve. They fight on every aspect. Ticketmaster confirms no tickets were delivered. Rather than refunding, I have to file a chargeback with my bank. You can't trust these people.
