They Jaclyn up the prices and don't send you tickets till a few days before. You don't know if they're coming and the support is ridiculous they just say wait till you get them, if you get them. Horrible people DO NOT USE THEM!

Got ripped off, at least dbl the price from these scam artists. I must admit I was taking by surprise didn't think I needed to watch my back on buying simple concert tickets, but his is today's world & the scum bag companies get away with it, you got me you overcharged a hard working cpl that had sitters & wanted a night out. Everybody needs to know about these bags of s!&#

I bought two tickets for a concert using shipment (which was compulsary as etickets not available). I also paid for the shipment.
The day if the event I didn't get the tickets yet so I tried to call them and they told me nothing. I ask for a refund in the worst case but they told me that's my problem and they have clean hands.
That's very pity I gotta say. The call center was the worst, almost doing me a favor.
I will never buy using this website again

They stole peoples money. It's a scam. I paid CA809 for tickets with the real price of CA309.and it was supposed to be a pre sale. Unbelievable.

I googled the venue I wanted to buy tickets from and this company was the first thing that popped up. They had the tickets I was looking for the cost seemed a little high but I figured they would be comparable everywhere and did not fully realize I was on the wrong site. After purchase my total for two tickets was about $ 50 more then expected I emailed the company asking if I could cancel my purchase due to not fully understanding the extra fees involved until purchase and to this day I have never been provided with an itemized receipt showing the reason for the extra added fees. My purchase was a total of 150 out the door and to my disappointment after finding the actual website I was looking for tickets at the venue would have only cost me about $70 total. I was told by TicketsonSale rep that their ticket sales are final so I could not cancel my order but could resale them. I then asked how to resale them on their site and was told I could not do that I would essentially have to just try and resell them on my own and could not do it through their site. This was an expensive error on my part and I hope my review can save someone from making the same mistake. My advice is to go through the venue's website directly for ticket sales and compare prices before purchase to make sure you are getting the best deal.

They customer service is the worst experience I have ever had. Wanted to speak to the Manger said they were not available to talk too and would not take my # for them to call back. I would not recommend everyone to purchase tickets from them.

Resellers that do not mention USD prices with
ZERO customer service. Selling canadisn venues in US prices. Absolute SCAM. Buyer beware.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Ticketsonsale.com, which I feel compelled to share to caution others. I purchased two tickets from their platform a month in advance, opting to pay a premium with the expectation of securing good seats for the event. The anticipation of the event was tainted by the prolonged wait to receive the tickets. However, the true disillusionment was realized upon finally receiving them; the seats allocated to us were not the ones I had meticulously selected but instead were the worst seats at the event.

To add insult to injury, upon checking Ticketmaster, I discovered that the seats we were given were available at half the price of what I paid on Ticketsonsale.com. This experience not only reflects a significant discrepancy in value but also a breach of trust and reliability that I placed in this provider. It's disheartening to pay a premium with high expectations, only to receive something that falls dramatically short of what was promised. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using Ticketsonsale.com. Their lack of transparency and failure to deliver as promised has led me to conclude that they are not a trustworthy ticket provider.

This company violated the ticket sales act. They do not show prices in Canadian dollars and they sell tickets they do not have in hand. If you have been scammed by this company, reach out to me. I feel we can have a class case with a large number of Canadians whose consumer rights have been clearly violated.

They charged me $220 for a $100 ticket and then didn't even promise to deliver a ticket for 3 months. I requested cancellation since i won't even have tickets for 3 months, but customer service are just idiots that read policy statements off cue cards. This place is a complete, heartless scam.

I originally started on the venue website and some how was redirected to ticketsonsale.com. I didn't even realize it until the email came telling me that my tickets would arrive on July 9th...which is the day before the concert. I clicked on contact us in the email...didn't work. Went to the website and clicked email us...doesn't work. You are forced to "chat". They refuse to cancel my order or refund me my money. I was told repeatedly that I would receive the tickets as soon as they had them. Tickets for this event went on sale last week so excuse me that's not a good excuse. When I told the agent I was chatting with that I was contacting the BBB and attorney generals office, I was told that it wouldn't do me any good because they would show them their policy. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE

This company is completely a joke. First my 10% cupon didn't work gave a 404 error code. Purchase tickets with a ton of $ added on for I'm not sure what over 100$ more. No breakdown before checkout. So you have no clue what price is till email comes through. Customer service always just puts off issues. For the 10% they need original email? I just deleted it as it wasn't working. This was my main reason for contacting them. I absolutely despise this ticket company. Save yourself some time and money and use another ticket company. I have had another similar issue i forgot about up until this order. I now will never forget how awful this ticket company is.

Purchased tickets for an event, as I saw the charge go through it was significantly higher than what I thought I was paying. Reached out to them within minutes and was told there is a no refund policy because my offer was accepted from the seller. It's a scam. Go to Ticketmaster or StubHub.

The company is not a US-based company, and the prices are way overpriced. Check around before purchasing.
