I bought 2 ticket for 72$ each but they added sercice charge and transfer fees... finaly it reached 198 for both tickets. And finaly i got charged 275 $. It's way too far from what i supposed to pay. And they dont accept cancelations. Be careful, do not buy from this site, they don't show you that it's in US $.

I ordered tickets on Friday night for a Saturday event. Saturday morning I received a link to receive my tickets. I clicked to accept and it took me to a malicious website. The tickets never came over the weekend. I filed my complaint after the event had ended and I hadn't received my tickets. The "customer service" response was not helpful. "100 percent buyer gurantee" is "100 percent BS!" PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Basically third party legalized scalping. Their website hijacked venues page and appeared as if was main site. Crap seats, couldn't cancel even though tickets were not purchased, and transaction was still pending. Once they have your card number, funds are gone. Triple price for floor general admission test venue charges for preferred seating. Very sketchy company. These sites needed to be taken down. DO NOT USE

Do not buy tickets from this website. They overcharged for a ticket that is current value $10 and they resale them for triple amount of money plus they will charge you extra for processing fee and some other fees. The ticket that I wanted to purchase is $10 and it cost me $50

Worse ticket site I have ever used. Deceptive in disclosing fees (shipping and service fees) that totaled +39% over the ticket price. Called within 5min of placing order to cancel after seeing invoice with over +$200 in ridiculous fees on a $500 purchase. Customer services agent promptly told me they would not cancel the order (that was still pending) nor would they refund any money. Upon requesting an escalation to a manager was told "the manager is not taking calls right now" and "this decision not to refund or cancel was final". Buyer beware... stay away from Ticketsonsale.com or be ready to pay ridiculously inflated fees and have no recourse or customer service.

I was in a rush (this is how it usually happens) so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PPL because they do tell you that pre sale tickets may be higher than the rate offer by the venue later on but they do not tell you that they are charging you 3 TIMES the price. I bought 2 Chayanne tickets for $908 each ++ fees total to $2400 // 2 days later the same tickets are $275 each ++ fee (real total $900) so I paid 3 TIMES THE RATE and they told me there is nothing they can do. See, paying a bit higher than normal for presale tickets is OK, I understand but 3 TIMES is just wrong. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR and just wait for the regular tickets to open directly from ticketmasters (do not buy from TicketsONsale)

We bought tickets from this website in January for a concert in March and didn't receive the tickets. The company agreement states that tickets should arrive 48 hours to 1 hour before the show. We never received nothing. We called them several times and it took them 30 minutes before the concert to cancel and re-issue the tickets through ticketmaster. This company was very unhelpful and sounded like you were talking to a foreign off shore company. We were told they would not give us our money back eventhough the company website agreement specifically states that if you do not receive tickets from 48 hours to 1 hour before the concert to call all 100% guarantee which was not honoured. Failure to call during this window will disqualify you from any refund. Well we called 4 1/2 hours before the concert and emails were working they claimed our emails weren't working. They sent us a cancellation of our tickets from ticketmaster 30 minutes before the concert to have them reissued. By then it was too late as we live an hour of the city. We knew we weren't going to make the concert. Do not deal with this company it is a complete fraud and scam website. We are now out $567.00 for a concert we never got tickets for. Filing a dispute with our credit card company and reviews as well with our BBB as a scam website.

Someone fraudulently used my credit card to make a purchase across the country from me for a show. After "their internal team looked into it", they told me that it was NOT fraud. I asked how they could possibly come to that conclusion and they just spit out the same by-the-book response. I asked to speak to someone above them and they assured me they were on the expedited team as it is and there was no way I could go higher up. Really? So the top notch of your customer service is answering chats online?
I wasn't even asking for a refund, just a way to cancel the ticket or make sure somehow that this thief could not have a good time at the show.

Tickets on sale is a predatory site that price gouges with their "service fee". I typed Ticketmaster into Google and tickets on sale was actually what came up--the old bate and switch. Sure, I should have paid more attention to what site I was going into, but I was excited to buy tickets while making the plans with a friend. Now, looking back, if I'd purchased the ticket directly from the venue, I would have paid $80 less (for 2 tickets)! Such a scam.

I'm from Canada and my buddy linked me tickets so I purchased them. As soon as/after I clicked to finalize the purchase I saw I was paying in USD for a concert in Canada! That raised my suspicion so I looked up the concert myself and the tickets were still available from the main seller and at half the price! This all happened in 5 minutes so I contacted TicketsOnSale for a refund and they said they couldn't do anything. I didn't even receive the tickets yet. Here is what they suggested:

"The best option that we can provide you to recoup their costs is to independently resell them. You can still list your tickets on some platforms without the tickets in hand. If you'd like to do so, you can search the internet using keywords "sell my tickets with proof of purchase" or "sell my tickets without seat numbers'' for guides on how to do so and suggestions of which platforms you may be able to use for your listing. Since the tickets are sent before the expected available date more often than not."

Horrendous customer service. Even Ticket Master which also says no refunds, refunded me in the past when I bought the wrong tickets.

I paid $62 for parking tickets at TMobile for 3/1/24 and they wouldn't work! We tried and tried but the scan for the parking wouldn't work. We ended up parking in the New York, New York parking lot which was even closer to the arena and the parking was free! This was the first time we used TicketsOnSale and is definitely our last! So disappointing and ticked off! $62 down the drain!

Purchased a ticket to event at inflated price, that is not the problem I accepted price. The problem is that I could not access the ticket since my older I phone has iOS 15.8.1 and they require 16.0 to print ticket. Asked for refund and they told me to buy a new I phone. Asked for a refund and they refused. Do Not Use Them., there are plenty of other vendors who will charge you a high price but they will deliver the ticket.

They purposely designed the website to look like any other ticket sales website. Before completing my purchase I was hoping to review my order. She I clicked checkout it immediately charged my card. I tried to cancel and I got the runaround from AI bots on chat. I have not received my tickets and not sure if I will. It doesn't give me any seller contact information. I will NEVER use this bogus company again and hope I don't get screwed on my tickets. From the moment I got my confirmation email I was suspicious. Fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you!

Shows one price on tickets on website. After purchase almost 3 times stated price. Unable to get a hold of. Tried calling and numerous emails no luck. Scammer for over 10 years. They know how to work the system and get away with it. Do your homework stay away. Total Crooks! See Reviews below

They Jaclyn up the prices and don't send you tickets till a few days before. You don't know if they're coming and the support is ridiculous they just say wait till you get them, if you get them. Horrible people DO NOT USE THEM!

Got ripped off, at least dbl the price from these scam artists. I must admit I was taking by surprise didn't think I needed to watch my back on buying simple concert tickets, but his is today's world & the scum bag companies get away with it, you got me you overcharged a hard working cpl that had sitters & wanted a night out. Everybody needs to know about these bags of s!&#

I bought two tickets for a concert using shipment (which was compulsary as etickets not available). I also paid for the shipment.
The day if the event I didn't get the tickets yet so I tried to call them and they told me nothing. I ask for a refund in the worst case but they told me that's my problem and they have clean hands.
That's very pity I gotta say. The call center was the worst, almost doing me a favor.
I will never buy using this website again

It's a scam!
Avoid them; they sell tickets at least twice the original price.
The ticket cost is $203 they charge for the same $576
