Relatively quick and easy. I recommend that the site disclose the actual seats covered by the tickets purchased in the buyer's transaction.

Look. I know you mentioned the listed price might be higher- but to jump from $183 posted to $250!? $53 for the service fees. Come on. That's like a 30% up charge. And you don't see it until you purchase the tickets and see your credit card charged.

Ordering process went smoothly but was very shocked at extra fees which were not explained. I bought 3 tickets@ $135 each. Mr total was $545.13!

You ticket service sucks. There was no way to see what seats or the price before agreeing to payment. I would not use your site ever again. Once I actually received the tickets I discovered they were $25 each yet I was charged almost $150 for them. Thats some gangster crap right there. $#*! yourselves TicketsOnsale! You $#*!ing crooks will get never get another opportunity to rip me off.

I did not purchase from Ticketmaster. Fees were more than tickets. Used another site.

Getting my tickets was very easy, I selected how many tickets I wanted and then I selected the seats and which row I wanted to sit and then I made my payment selections and purchased my tickets.

I ALMOST fell for their front-page Google ad for Sum41 tickets. I jumped at the news that this band was playing a local venue and looked up tickets. The first link was ticketsonsale.com. Upon seeing their confusing "store front" I got suspicious, and sure enough I learned these tickets were not even on sale yet.

These scumbags almost sold me fake, non-existant tickets for a show that hadn't even gone on sale for $130 a pop.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

P.S. The thing that set my alarm bell off was their offering of 4-5 differently price tickets for the same General Admission seating - I hope this will help others avoid similar scams

My parking ticket was advertised for $31, but once I made the purchase I discovered I was charged $48.65. And it was not advertised that you could only park one hour before an event. I immediately called for a refund, but was told that all sales were final. I asked for a supervisor, but was told none were available! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

The fees are too high. If I had known prior to purchasing, I wouldn't have.

Made an error in order and unable to get assistance.

I logged on and it was easy to navigate the ticket purchase. The fee is a bit high, which would be my only negative.
