People think Ticket Master sucks? This company takes the cake. Poor customer service, no refunds etc. Amazing, how they're still in business and have such a good review rating. Better off using Ticket Master.
When we placed our order there was nothing indicating the event was 21+. Two days later it was put on the website that the event is 21+. I showed proof that no where did it say 21+ when I placed my order, including in the emails. I was told there's nothing they can do and they recommend I resell my tickets.

Not good. Prices were way too high. Paid $146.00 for tickets that were sold by the original venue(on the same day) for $65.00.
While in line the day of the concert, folks said they were buying similar tickets for $10.00. This is not fair.
Also, had difficulty transferrng the tickets to ticketmaster.
I never got my tickets. It said I was a bot and wouldn't let me receive them. I am extremely pissed. I would appreciate a phone call so I can figure this out before the concert on Thursday

I purchased 2 concert tickets from tickets on sale about 2 weeks ago. The next day I realized that they double charged my card. So I called and talked to them and told them what happened and they said all they see is the one charge so I asked to speak to someone higher up and they said there is no one higher than them I could speak to so he said they would look into it. I am now on week 2 not getting my money back and I called for the 5th time and talked to the 5th person and the guy said to call my bank Huntington and see if it's pending on their end because there is nothing they can do I even sent them the screen shot of my bank account and they said sorry but there is nothing they can do because all they see is the one charge for 108.38
Unfortunately, the prices were quoted in Canadian, but ended up being an American. It was disappointing that they were not properly informed.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
