People think Ticket Master sucks? This company takes the cake. Poor customer service, no refunds etc. Amazing, how they're still in business and have such a good review rating. Better off using Ticket Master.

When we placed our order there was nothing indicating the event was 21+. Two days later it was put on the website that the event is 21+. I showed proof that no where did it say 21+ when I placed my order, including in the emails. I was told there's nothing they can do and they recommend I resell my tickets.

The order site was very simple and gave direct directions.

Extremely slow in getting my tickets to the point to where it's an hour before game time and still haven't gotten my E tickets

It was a really great experience it was a quick and easy purchase with no issues.

The price for the insurance was not given and then I got a separate charge for over $30. I would not have purchased it had been added to the ticket cost and obvious what I was being charged.

A lot of the tickets would only let you purchase one at a time which was inconvenient because we didn't know if that meant only one ticket left in that section or what it meant there were no directions.

So far every thing is good ease to do convenient way to access tickets

Just bought tickets for a show in August. The Order Confirmation states that I won't see my tickets until de day before the show... Not very promising... Will update the review/rating once I figured if I just got scammed or not...

Super easy to reserve & purchase last minute tickets. Great seats. Great resale purchase price. Fast transfer received via email.

Not good. Prices were way too high. Paid $146.00 for tickets that were sold by the original venue(on the same day) for $65.00.
While in line the day of the concert, folks said they were buying similar tickets for $10.00. This is not fair.
Also, had difficulty transferrng the tickets to ticketmaster.

I never got my tickets. It said I was a bot and wouldn't let me receive them. I am extremely pissed. I would appreciate a phone call so I can figure this out before the concert on Thursday

Tickets were easy to purchase. My fiancé tried Ticketmaster several times throughout the day. Got tickets first time on this site. Awesome!

Easy to manage just hope I get my tickets also it's up to you if you go for a reseller

Complete scam. Never provided tickets. When I called in they kept making me download random ticket apps.

I purchased 2 concert tickets from tickets on sale about 2 weeks ago. The next day I realized that they double charged my card. So I called and talked to them and told them what happened and they said all they see is the one charge so I asked to speak to someone higher up and they said there is no one higher than them I could speak to so he said they would look into it. I am now on week 2 not getting my money back and I called for the 5th time and talked to the 5th person and the guy said to call my bank Huntington and see if it's pending on their end because there is nothing they can do I even sent them the screen shot of my bank account and they said sorry but there is nothing they can do because all they see is the one charge for 108.38

Unfortunately, the prices were quoted in Canadian, but ended up being an American. It was disappointing that they were not properly informed.
