I received the email to accept my tickets. Not sure why but was redirected to the Ticketmaster website, then subsequently had to download the Ticketmaster app, and it says that my r tickets have already been received by a different email. I still can't find the $200 worth of tickets I purchased.
I can not provide you with truthful feedback until I actually receive my tickets. I understand that I will likely receive them the day before my event. Therefore, this time next year, I can accurately depict my experience. In lieu of this you could provide something that is concrete and confirms I have tickets. With the cancellation I did receive a credit for the purchase amount but not the insurance that was purchased as part of the original transaction. Ultimately went back to Ticketmaster and completed a successful purchase. Won't be back.

I purchased 2 tickets through this app for the 85 south show, and the show was unfortunately rescheduled, I tried to reach out to the person who transferred the tickets to me however I have no way to access his email to see if I can get a refund! This is unfair to me because since they were a transfer to me I can't get my refund through ticket master now I'm forced to wait for a post poned show and out for over 200$ for a show I didn't see, I'm extremely aggrivated

Ordering system is similar to other sites and all do not give you the total cost until you have added all your details. Wasted time doing this on other sites to find out the outrageous extras, including this site. I think it is all done to wear you out and then you just place your order.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
