The process was easy and quick. It was easy to navigate, select and purchase my tickets.

I will never order tickets through this company again I want my $#*!ing ticket this is stupid. Where are they? And if I don't get them soon I will call my credit card company and report this as fraud.

Prices were awesome, much better than the actual website!

They didn't hold up to their end of terms & agreement. Not even legal what they did but attorney fee's would cost even more. We legally were suppose to receive our tickets 60 minutes before & did not. We have recorded chats, call logs, email, etc. to prove that. That didn't even allow us to get to the venue on time for the show if we wanted to. We spent hours on the phone trying to get our $ back & nobody was helpful or even kind. I'd never use them. Try your hardest to buy elsewhere. They ruined my Mother's Day gift & we were out $724.

I purchased tickets day before event and they delivered promptly. The problem was I needed to cancel and refund due to wrong seats and sudden change of plans. When I chatted with about 5 people, after being kicked previous 4 times, I was finally told I was unable to receive refund or cancel tickets. Also, their solution was to over resale, on their site! Why would I do that? They were not easy to work with and tried to avoid any real issue, but rather tried reassuring me they "upgraded" my seats, which was a joke to have me keep them. Would definitely not recommend using them. Once ticket is purchases, you are stuck.

I purchased a total of 7 tickets for the Cubs - Jays game of August 11th. I received confirmation and was instructed to Accept Tickets. When I click on the tab, I get "OOPS, Something went wrong!" and I can't complete the acceptance. This happened numerous times on both my laptop and phone (android). What should I do know?

Charged 150 for a 108 ticket. I was not told where the extra 42 dollars were charged for

I emailed numerous times regarding never receiving my tickets so I bought them on Ticketmaster instead since no one ever sent the tickets to me filed a claim with my bank very upset

Quick and easy to purchase. Expensive tickets in US funds. Tickets will only be delivered to me electronically on the day of the concert and I did not get an explanation as to why I will not be receiving them sooner. After spending so much money and knowing that fraudulent activities are running rampant, I really would have appreciated having access to my tickets after purchasing them.

It was very easy to get ticket and the seat that was available at that price thank you had a good time keep up with the good quality work.

I literally thought I wouldn't find seats that I needed and wmthat were perfect for my best friend and I. They were quick and efficient. I even put ticket insurance on them because I get sick often unfortunately. So I know I can get my money back if God forbid something happens. This is a great service..

The Njpac site I found out had same tickets for $89 abd for two tickets we paid $320 then they tell us to sell it who in there right mind will buy

There is no cost breakdown only an overall cost which is misleading at the start when the ticket price is much less than the final cost. I would like to see a breakdown of all costs.

Very easy to use, tickets priced very fairly - said they would be delivered the day before the event. But came through right away. Downloaded to apple wallet… there is no barcode. Hopefully legit. We shall see!

Although the ticket prices were good, paying a $4 per ticket convenience fee, and then a $3 download fee was just ridiculous. $36 for 3 tickets and a total price of $55 with tax is just insane. It's no wonder people can't afford to do thingss.

I live 30 minutes from the stadium but I thought out of convenience I would pre-order the tickets, I was about to leave for my best friends funeral and was checking with a friend on the section, I was on the correct site to get tickets for $11.00 but she told me another section and I guess it sent me to your site!
I just picked the tickets clicked 3 and submit and added my credit card!
I paid $158 for two Senior citizens and one child ticket which would have been $11 for adult and $6 for children at their site or stadium!
I contacted you regarding this mistake and was treated rude!
I will never use your site again
I could understand it it was for a big event but it was for a Travelers game 30 minutes from my house that was about half full.

Still waiting on my tickets. I don't like to wait on third parties. I won't be using this site again.
