So Far-So Good, BUT now I'm getting anxious. Ordering was easy except, you cannot unserstand the seating arangements of this theater. I'm still not sure of my actual seat. I ordered my tickets, exactly a week ago. I did recieved my confirmation, from TicketsonSale, yes, but NO tickets.
How am I getting these tickets. I don't see where I can download them. It seems as if I have to remember the day of or before to download?

Says tickets have been delivered to follow next email but there is no next email and your customer service line is never open every time I try to send you a message to request help
The tickets were easy to purchase. So that part was very good. With that being said, I will not receive my actual tickets until August 7,2026. I will not have an accurate review until after I receive and use these tickets.

Well, actually I had to make a phone call to find about one of my tickets. It was confusing since I didn't know I had to check the QR code. Both tickets appeared the same. Therefore, I didn't know I received both of them.
The purchase was easy. The multi-step delivery of the tickets and only ability to access the tickets through links is archaic. There are no options to even create an account on the website to store the tickets until the event.
Everything was as should be. Very simple and easy. Received confirmation email the same day!

Ordered tickets for an event, found out it is a transferred ticket, not a will-call or mailed to me type. Kinda concerned to be honest. I'll find out the day before the event.
Purchased tickets not knowing this is a third party seller. After being billed twice what the tickets cost (billed in U.S. funds for a Canadian show), tried canceling minutes after I ordered and they refused refund even though they had not even yet sent me tickets. Scam site.
Overall TicketsOnSale's online ticket purchase site was easy to navigate. It included a diagram of the floor showing seat locations and a list of available tickets. However, I haven't received the tickets and haven't been informed when I should expect them. I didn't expect that when I bought the tickets. I was assured I would received them before the show in August. I was expecting to receive the tickets immediately.
Had a little trouble checking in for the concert - I was sent to box office - got resolved but she had to call a manager.
Purchasing the ticket is relatively easy but still pending to get the ticket one day before the concert.
