I expected the tickets to be sent through email. Hate the fact that I have to go one hour early on a weekday to collect tickets. At this age of technology I can't understand why are the tickets not sent through email.
I'd like a refund on these tickets, I was never able to accept them on the email thread and when I went to the ticket box pick up they said they could not help and they could not find my tickets.

I bough the tickets from your site thinking it was in Canadian Dollars and it cost 130$ the amount and Ticket Master because of the exchange.
When selling Canadian tickets it is very deceiving using US currency.

I thought I was buying tickets for the event on the event's website. I was charged double the amount that tickets are actually going for.
$200 charge which shows on the last page after they keep showing the correct amount for the tickets that you are buying which I bought 2 x tickets each for $310 showing the $620 till the last page once I put my information in and push the Apple Pay then I see the $830 charge and I tried to stop it but I couldn't called them and they said it's final sell even tho the concert is more than a month away! Just don't fall for the same scam

The ability to choose venue/event, pick seats and check out was easy. Using words like "ship" is unnecessarily confusing. It is also odd that once you go through the process of downloading the app, registering, etc. you still do not see your ticket. My call to customer service could have been avoided with better word choice and more clear description of the processes after purchase. No level of explanation will probably make me comfortable with not seeing my tickets until the day before the event (potentially).
Purchased more expensive tickets and was sent less expensive tickets. Spent part of a morning with an online support person to no resolution. They confirmed I had received the wrong tickets and it was their priority to fix it. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Will never purchase from this site again.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
