I received. Excellent support when I dealt directly with Dover.

When the tickets were reviewed online it did not display ten delivery fee nor service fees which increased the actual price. Within seconds we called to cancel and told it was non refundable. Totally disappointed and could not speak to a manager.

These tickets wre ordered by mistake. I talked to customer service about what happened and they would not refund me.

When viewing the tickets saw for under $500 each (Sorry don't remember exact price) I felt rushed for completing my order. Then when I finished my payment. I was able to see the total chrage... $1,465.10... So I paid around $500 for service and fees? Plus the tickets were already increased from orginal priced. I really think the process could be slowed down alittle but maybe the resale people wnat to you rush through the process then they add on all the extra charges and don't see till the end? Maybe gues have on section to confirm this is the price you will pay before letting you make payment?

They were unwilling to help me and gave me no options to resolve my dispute.

Even with the price exchange the price on the ticket is not matching.

Bought tickets for Penn & Teller through TicketsOnSale only to later find out that buying through them was almost 4x more expensive than buying them direct from the venue would have been! When I asked for a refund, they refused and fell back on the old line "all sales are final". I will NEVER use them again and I hope you won't either. Disgusting rip-off.

Fees are exorbitant. $35 per ticket. Fees were not shown until tickets were purchased. Terrible policy

I requested two tickets for April 21st at 4 PM. The first ticket I received had already been used and the second ticket was for April 20 at 7:30. I didn't know this until I opened my tickets at the venue. I had to repurchase tickets there at the event and I want tobbe reimbursed for the bogus tickets sold to me by TicketsOnSale.
This was my first and last time using TicketsOnSale.

I'll leave an updated review when I receive the tickets for the event.

The price that I paid for my tickets was changed by the time it got to my visa and it is very difficult to get a refund

Bought tickets for this game at almost 6x their value. Got 30 more at $10 each in the same section. Will avoid this site for all future purchases

I purchased my tickets 5 weeks in advance of the event, and after I was charged I was notified that the tickets may not be delivered to me until 2 days before the actual event. I have planned a trip around this event, and now there's a good chance that I won't be sure that I will have the tickets until I'm already on the trip, 2 days before the event. This is unacceptable.

I was excited to see a comedy show and went to purchase tickets. The tickets cost $324, and I was charged an extra $117 as a service fee to purchase the tickets. Thats more than 1/3 the cost of the tickets! This is such a rip off!

I have not received my tickets yet. Ordered Friday and game is Wednesday I have to travel 10 hours to go see the game from Hearst to Toronto and paid 800$

This is incredible. The fees almost cost as much as the ticket that I purchased. I will never use this service again.
