The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

Confusion in selecting tickets. It was confirmed that I bought higher priced tickets and money was deducted from my account. I then received a message saying the tickets weren't available and the transaction was voided. I called my bank to confirm and they told me on their end they could see that I would receive a credit in 7-10 business days. Then on 4/17/24 the $365.92 was deducted from my account. I subsequently was able to buy two cheaper tickets without any problem. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the $365.92 to be credited back to my account. Waiting for a resolution.

I got a message saying my tickets were no longer available, but was charged. I have not received a refund. I purchased other tickets when i got that message. Get me my refund plz. Meg
Something came up and I wasn't able to use the tickets. A week out the site said tickets were in high demand. An hour prior to the show the resell option was still not available. Some part of their listing was a lie.
My ticket costs $780, why was my credit charged for $1,088? Ticketmaster as it is charges crazy amount of money for tickets. Why is my credit card being charged extra? Please refund the $300 back. We're not all billionaires like you.
Point and click - pay to get the spot you wanted, very close to the park with no walk.
Read the title it explains it all. Not rewriting it
I paid online and did not receive this tickets nor a confirmation just a random text that I would receive further updates as my order „processes „
I bought the tickets for the parking online and usually this is processed at the moment, unfortunately I spend more than an hour without receiving the tickets, arriving at the game I had to pay for the ticket again since I could not access the parking lot without it, so I lost my time and money
Took several tries to get Microsoft code, other than that, everything went well
I have not received my tickets and when I went to check out the seat had changed and the price went up. I would like a refund, I think I was scammed and ripped off.
There are scam tickets. After ordering, I had noticed the site was a third-party reseller. I received 5 Emails requesting for personal information, which had already been provided upon purchasing, and requested to download Applications etc. Upon doing a search on the reseller and in speaking with the venue directly, it appears this site is a scamming site. This information has since been provided to my credit card company.
I was never given a summary of what the fees were, just swooped right into my bank account to take the tickets with no explanation of what I was paying for! I'll never use this site again and will let others know not to use it either.
The price i agreed to was $61. The actual price I was charged was $89. No help from customer service.
Tickets not ordered. Paid $267 for standard table one and got (2) $37 GA tickets?
The ease of buying was great but no specific seats were given. Only said the section and rows a-j. Were not given a specific seat
We were already at the ballpark when my partner could't find the parking ticket she had purchased directly from the Braves. So in a rush, I purchased one from this site. My comments about my experience: 1) I immediately got the receipt and found I was charge $77 for a $51 ticket. I don't understand how that happened as I was careful to select the $51 ticket. 2) I headed to the parking area with receipt in hand, not realizing that the receipt would NOT let us in. Luckily, the gate attendant let us pass. Sometime well after we were parked I got message from some guy named Chuck saying I needed to Accept my ticket. Even though we were already parked, I clicked Accept only to get some error message about my browser settings (which were ok) and I could get no further getting my hands on the actual parking ticket. About 5 hours later I got an email saying the ticket had expired. What a hassle! Why not send the ticket as a PDF attachment along with the receipt? Would have been a much simpler approach. No apps or app logins would be required.
I used the site to purchase a parking ticket for a specific lot due to the proximity to Petco Park. I found the desired lot and tapped on it, to be sure I selected the correct lot I tapped another random location and then tapped back on the original location, the color of the locations changed in both instances and was satisfied that I selected the proper site. I then proceeded to purchase the ticket and was extremely surprised that the ticket was for a completely different location! I immediately contacted the support team and explained what happened and the response was that I purchased what I chose, which is not true. I then wrote bat and explained that I selected and double checked the desired lot due to my medical condition and it prevented me from walking very far and that the lot that the ticket was for was very far from Petco. Both of my requests for a refund were denied. I ended up purchasing from another site for the correct lot and for cheaper.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
