I thought I was purchasing tickets through I thought I was purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster not this site nor did I want to pay in usd when I live in Canada and purchased the tickets for a Canadian show this site is a scam and I don't get my tickets till one day before the show if I even get them called your customer service and they were no help at all

Ordering fine. Then received 4 emails in a row. Tried signing on and told needed new password. Took 3 tries. Website is not easy to negotiate.

Amazing and easy! You should list added fees up front.

Don't understand the concept of buying tickets at US dollars when I'm in Canada and the event is also in Canada

I purchased GA (General admission tickets) on the floor. I was unaware that meant first come first serve. I utilized the virtual customer service but they were unable to help me exchange my tickets.

I payed to order number but never received tickets

It was easy to use. I got my tickets quickly. Yay!

Easy to acquire to tickets, general info presented clearly

When I purchased my tickets for a June 1,2024 concert, the email receipt has a link THAT DOES NOT WORK to check on the status of my order! It has a hot link THAT DOES NOT WORK for my tickets to be delivered by May 31,2024! Since they are electronic tickets WHY ARENT THEY SENT IMMEDIATELY?

Would not suggest it! Be careful of their hidden fees, never again!

Decided what seats wanted and it took me through the process

Be ware! They put the total in the fine print and the up charge is ridiculous.

It was easy, they had the same slot at a lowest price.

The tickets were $40. And $20.60 as well as another $7.75 was added. I'm not understanding why these extra fees were applied.

The site doesn't disclose the price is USD until the transaction is complete. The fees are also quite hidden. There is no 'is this correct?' feature, so my address was incorrect…. An old address.
When I tried to use 'contact us',it didn't work

I expected the tickets to be sent through email. Hate the fact that I have to go one hour early on a weekday to collect tickets. At this age of technology I can't understand why are the tickets not sent through email.

I'd like a refund on these tickets, I was never able to accept them on the email thread and when I went to the ticket box pick up they said they could not help and they could not find my tickets.

The platform charged me 40% more than the actual ticket price and wouldn't help me with refund/difference even after explaining the situation multiple times to the customer support.

Very intuitive. After looking at other options, this was my 1st choice and I was not disappointed. A lot of options and very easy steps to get what I needed.
