When I purchased my tickets for a June 1,2024 concert, the email receipt has a link THAT DOES NOT WORK to check on the status of my order! It has a hot link THAT DOES NOT WORK for my tickets to be delivered by May 31,2024! Since they are electronic tickets WHY ARENT THEY SENT IMMEDIATELY?
Would not suggest it! Be careful of their hidden fees, never again!

The site doesn't disclose the price is USD until the transaction is complete. The fees are also quite hidden. There is no 'is this correct?' feature, so my address was incorrect…. An old address.

I expected the tickets to be sent through email. Hate the fact that I have to go one hour early on a weekday to collect tickets. At this age of technology I can't understand why are the tickets not sent through email.
I'd like a refund on these tickets, I was never able to accept them on the email thread and when I went to the ticket box pick up they said they could not help and they could not find my tickets.
The platform charged me 40% more than the actual ticket price and wouldn't help me with refund/difference even after explaining the situation multiple times to the customer support.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
