Purchasing the ticket is relatively easy but still pending to get the ticket one day before the concert.
I received a confirmation that they received my order- but have not received my tickets yet- which I find odd since they are digital tickets. I am a little nervous that I just got scammed.
There was no indication before I bought the tickets that it was a transfer, not an initial purchase. Once I realized that's what it was, I was a little worried, but the transfer happened quickly and I was able to secure the tickets right away.

You sold $83 parking tickets for a venue that offers free parking. When I learned parking was free you would not cancel my ticket and reimburse me. You took advantage of me and probably many others. I will never buy tickets from you again. I will tell everyone I know to never buy tickets from you.

I like being able to actually print a ticket, or being able to take a screenshot and use that as my proof of purchase. Not every person is tech savvy.

Purchased tickets for an event next month and I recieved my confirmation email, but it says the tickets might not be available until the day of the show. I am travelling from Canada to the US and so it's important to me to have the tickets before the day of the show. Days after the confirmation email I recieved a second email asking if I had recieved a confirmation email. I am seriously doubting the validity of this ticket service and I am now aware I was charged double the selling price of the tickets for this event. I'm disappointed about over paying, but as long as I recieve my tickets before the event date I will be happy.
I don't really remember anything about the transaction so it must not have been negative. I am surprised that i did not receive any scannable code for the tickets.
I received my tickets very soon after the purchase, which has not been the case with other ticketing websites. Very pleased. 😀
