The only problem I found was on the picture of the seating chart. They show you the section but not the seat number so you know what row you are in but not where the seats are located. Other than that there was no problems.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
