Hi TicketsOnSale Team, you really shouldn't disguise a confirmation email with a required survey. Just ask politely for feedback. I was confused, as to whether I needed to compete a feedback form to get my tickets. You should discontinue this. Just provide the tickets smoothly, then we can provide good feedback.

I have the feeling that you're not real for some reason because I can't add to my wallet the tickets, even though it's through Eventbrite. That's kind of queer. And seems sketchy. Why do I have to print them out? I could lose the print out can't I use my iPhone to make it work? How do I use my iPhone instead of printing out a ticket that's a good question Are you for real? By the way do you really have these tickets? Will they work at the register, the scanner at the show you have my money for three months.
