The tickets came to me by email within a couple days of purchase. Very easy process.

When you choose your seats, you can only choose a row in a block. You don't know where you will be seated in that row an not even sure you will be seated side by side (other web sites are way better for this).
When you place your order and proceed to payment, the total price is not shown, as far as I remember. Don't be fool by the price previously shown it's for 1 seat only!
The price online was misleading it was quoted 80 something for a parking spot and it ended up being $120.

LI have been to hockey games there in the past and it was always cheaper to buy online it saved 10 bucks so I did it again this time and it cost me 45 dollars I get to the venue and could have paid for parking at 35 bucks. You guys screwed me and I will NEVER use your service again.
