The site was ok to work with, but i was a bit surprised/ disappointed that my credit card was charged, but o only received a confirmatiion email, but not my actual tickets yet. It says the tickets will be delivered/emailed at a later date closer to the event, but i prefer to get what i pay for right away. Made me feel a bit uneasy about it. Really wish it was a better process that gives you your tickets immediately after you purchase.
I thought had the original sight and sound ticket place but didn't. End up paying this company 600+ for tickets I could have gotten thru actual sight and sound for $300+. And I couldn't get a refund!

So far everything has been what it was supposed to be and tickets were good.
Ordering the tickets was easy, but receiving them via the follow up emails seemed confusing to me. I wasn't sure if I was being spammed or not. And to be fair I don't order a lot of tickets online so that could add to the confusion. It seems they all have a different method of when they will release the tickets to the people going to the events.
Expensive I had originally planned to spend $53 per ticket for the show those tickets sold out so I paid $81 a ticket way over priced for how packed and messy the place is gonna be I know from experience

The overall experience was a mixed bag. You're not giving customers the link they need to confirm the purchase of the tickets. That is important for any customers. Stop trying to sell them on hotels or restaurants. Send the link to the tickets first always.
Quite disappointed in Tickets on Sale website. The prices advertised for Bluejays tickets were much less than the actual cost. We bought tickets for July 1 and had to immediately pay for the tickets but was told we would receive the tickets by June 30. We are travelling from Calgary and worried we might not get the tickets in time and spend all that money on flights and hotels.
I didn't know I was ordering thru a 3rd party when I placed my order for tickets. I am quite nervous that I won't get what I ordered and wont know about it until the day of the event! We will see

I went on the site because it said ticketmaster. I purchased thinking it was ticketmaster. Considering the tickets were very expensive, I am nervous. Considering it is a resale site and i've never bought anything from it before. I had written customer service about my concerns end a reassured me. However, I absolutely do not like that it says i will be receiving my tickets one day before the concert. I am also nervous because the reviews stay tickets come either very late or don't come at all. My experience is ongoing.
The site was very easy to use from finding tickets to completing my purchase. I do NOT like how I will not get my tickets (electronically) until days before the concert. That has me seriously worried given how much I just paid for 4 tickets to an out of town concert. It feels very risky.
It would be nice to have more functionality to see the exact seats in each section earlier in the purchase process.
