The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

I thought AXS was like ticketmaster as I had heard about it on the radio. I didn't realize it was a resale outlet. I didn't get to choose my seats, as I would have like to do, but did get to choose my section. I also didn't understand that I had to have the app on my phone to get my ticket.
Just a little confusion with all of the "options"
I was looking for two tickets for an event. The way the offer was presented to me looked like: 2 tickets@ $140, so I thought I was purchasing a bundle for $140, which is a high price for what I was buying to begin with. But, after I purchased I realized that the tickets were $140 each, which is an EXTREMELY high price for this event. Of course I am annoyed that I fell for this, but I do feel like the presentation was incredibly misleading.
'Currently Unavailable' terminology is confusing without further explanation. Will the tickets become available later? If so, when? How? Are they sold out? I'm still not sure….
At fisrt I didn't know what to think. Seeing as I got charged triple the price in US dollar's. But at least I received my tickets and now I am pleased and relieved.
Dunno what to say, got my tickets for two in literally like, ten minutes. Going to see Three Days Grace and Finger Eleven on May 3rd, got it on a whim.
I purchased tickets and got confirmation email but when I go to AXS APP there are no orders in my history. Confirmation email does state the may not be delivered till day before the event. This makes me nervous, what if they don't show up. Who do I contact, what is my recourse
Order number *******
Crappy.
$26 to sit on the berm.
How are families suppose to afford these tickets?
Pay for your own field but don't trickle it down.
Buying was easy. Price was high but I knew it was going to be. My main concern is that the tickets transfered the day before the show. As I am living in Canada and going abroad to Paris I hope these are real ones!
Delaying ticket transfer until right before the show is inconvenient. What if I can't get to my email them? I'd prefer to get them as soon as I pay for them.
Quick and easy. Don't like washing through shopping related promotions.
I accidentally ordered these tickets in US dollars when I am a Canadian and the concert has half an hour from where I live in Canada. My ticket purchases came to $870 Canadian on my credit card as opposed to the 600 I thought I was paying if I was to purchase the tickets from Ticketmaster today they would be 129 each Canadian tax and fees included this is ridiculous that I could not cancel this order and replace it in Canadian dollars so no, I will never purchase from the site again. I'm scared I'm not going to get my tickets and that I wasted $870 to see someone that I love to play
My experience was fine but your follow up emails are a bit much
I did not realize I was buying obstructed view seats. That was not in the description of the tickets when purchased. I was very disappointed when I received my tickets to see that they were obstructed view.
I don't know what's going on. I don't know where my tickets are. I haven't received a receipt. There's mention of downloading an app and creating an account but no mention of what app or where to create an account. So cool. Take my 600 bucks without any assurance that I'll receive my tickets.
I honestly thought I bought scam tickets bc the confirmation email had no working links or a way to contact. And after googling the company the reviews weren't good. I spent the day in a panic about it, but once the accept your tickets email came in, I was so relieved. So far it looks like they're now somehow in my Ticketmaster app.
The question below asks if I contacted ticketsonsale for customer service and I'm clicking no, because I couldn't figure out how to. None of the links worked, but I definitely needed to talk to someone.
Didn't accept my other credit card that I use more often. Not very happy about that.
I ordered tickets but don't know much yet since I haven't attended event yet.
Bought the ticket first time and received an email saying that they cancel it. Need to donthe process again. A bit annoying.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
