I only gave 2 stars because I believe the resale prices are way too high. It's a Toronto, Canadian venue. If I could have purchased the tickets from Roy Thomson Hall, the venue for this concert, they are always sold in Canadian dollars! I was greatly disappointed that I couldn't get decent tickets because of the huge increase to buy in US dollars. We are spending over $500 for 2 tickets behind the stage. The website works fine but the cost is wrong.
This ticket purchasing experience has made me uneasy. I've got confirmation but am still yet to see my ticket. Why should I purchase anything through you guys when I can see it instantly on ticketmaster? The due date for the ticket is literally the day before the show. So I'm expected to possibly wait until one day before and hope it works out? I've purchased a second ticket through ticketmaster which I had access to immediately, in the event I don't see my ticket, which I never wanted to do. It's been anything but convenient and if I'm being honest I probably won't go through you guys again. I also ended up paying $200 more through you than through Ticketmaster for the exact same ticket on release day so yeah, needless to say I'm quite unhappy and unimpressed with everything this purchasing experience has had to offer.

I thought I ordered these tickets through a direct local website, but it seems they sent me the electronic tickets very quickly after purchasing. So long as they're legit, I have no complaints.
My experience was not really the greatest because one I tried to pay with PayPal and it charged me immediately and second of all it says I have to wait until possibly like the day before the concert to receive my tickets
Customer service was perfectly handled! The associative escalated the call as the event was happening in less than an hour, the seller was found, and tickets were delivered promptly. I know this company has horrible reviews, but this was handled perfectly by the customer service agent.

I ordered the concert ticket with cancellaiton insurance. I was denied when I cancelled the tickets because I am going to have surgery. I was told to sell it online but the tickets won't be released until the day of the concert. Do not buy these over priced and underserviced tickets. Go through Ticletmaster or to the venue directly.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
