I truly believed you had an affiliation to the Rady's Shell event center. While I was on your website going through the motions to purchase tickets from you, it was not clear, upfront or disclosed before I agreed to adding my credit card that I would have to pay upfront for the tickets/product but get these in 4 months. I was not given the option as the client as I did not have this information to then agree or not agree to this purchase.
Additionally, I had a tedious back and forth through the chat with a so called "customer specialist" which was a terrible experience and I think the worst I have ever had. No attempt to work with me in any way, no exceptions, nothing to try to assure me this is a good company and you would want me to be a recurring customer.
Furthermore, after being able to find the correct website with the actual affiliate, the price is 50% less for the same row tickets. I mentioned this to your "customer specialist", no effort to match or look into lowering the cost.
Finally, I went the BBB and this is not accredited and has a B rating. I went to Google and saw so many reviews with similar terrible experiences.
I am truly disappointed, from experience and the reviews I read, you really don't seem to care to run and subpar and far from good customer experience company.
( suddenly at 4:30 am my time, the tickets were transferred to me from a guy by the name of Pete, if I recall correctly, however, i had to call, email, message you via Facebook and Instagram and went through all this trouble to actually get my tickets).
Would recommend. Quick & easy. Hardest part is picking out your seats that you want.
I was hoping/expecting to receive the tickets immediately following the purchase, either via a QR code or something more formal than a confirmation code. In addition to that, I received an email stating that the vendor will email the tickets sometime between the date of purchase and the day of the event., which means I'll need to wait approximately 7 weeks for the tickets to arrive. In the meantime, all I have as confirmation of my (not inexpensive) purchase is a simple confirmation number. Nope. Not great!
I just want to buy tickets and that be all. Why all the follow up emails and promotions. Please. Its enough.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
