Pretty easy process! Selected my concert, received an email (which I should have ready more thoroughly, but didn't!) And TicketsOnSale sent a follow up email to ensure I got my tickets-- how great is that?!
Too many emails steps to purchase tickets, can you simplify it? Please send one email included confirmation and tickets can add to the phone wallet. Why we have to go back and forth and wait for you to send the ticket on particular day.
