Bought 4 tickets for our teenage daughter and her friends (spur of the moment) to Orlando Universal Halloween Horror Nights and did not realize until we got to the park that we accidentally bought for Hollywood CA - not Orlando. Had to purchase 4 more tickets at regular price ($150 more than tickets at work) and were told we could contact Tickets at Work for a refund. THEY WILL NOT REFUND. The tickets obviously were not used but would not refund! Will NEVER use again. Plus horrible customer service! Customer service laughed at me when I asked for a manager. SKETCHY! DO NOT USE.
Bought tickets to a game. 150.00 out of my account immediately. An hour later got a email saying that my purchase was rejected due to high command. 3-7 business day's for refund. How can I purchase something and then the seller decide he's not selling it to me after I purchased it.
We apologize about the seller not having the ticket upon your purchase in 2019. Some popular tickets from our "Preferred Access" section can sell out quickly causing a few order rejections. Thank You.
I booked a room for my wedding anniversary in early august for the first weekend in October using this company. After two weeks I called the hotel to make sure they had received the reservation. They had not. At that point I called Tickets At Work and was advised that the reservation might not show up until two weeks before check in. This past Saturday I called the hotel again, and again they had no reservation. I contacted tickets at work and was advised the would file a claim and it would probably be around 48 hours and I would hear something back. Today I decided to call the hotel again, and yet again they said they had no reservation. I am upset at this point and decide to contact tickets at work again, and yet again they state they will file another claim and this time it would be 72 hours for a response which is close to when we are suppose to be checking in at the hotel. I pushed the issue and asked for a refund at this point I was put on hold for close to two hours while they contacted their manager, and then the hotel itself. The agent I spoke too comes back and provides me with the confirmation number at this point and all seems well. I decide to just double check behind them and I called the hotel again. This time they did have my reservation finally but it was for a double queen room when I had specifically paid for a king. I call Tickets at work yet again and am put on hold for an additonal 30-45 minutes. I am told there is nothing they can do at this point cause all of the king rooms are currently booked. Instead they offer me some coupons for restaurant.com which I accepted thinking that me and my wife would be able to find a place we can use it in savannah. After checking out the restaurant.com website and seeing what restaurants participate in their coupons this was a mistake as all the restaurants are places that we would not like to go to and seem absolutely unknown. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE TICKETSATWORK.COM At this point I have lost time and money and still do not have what I original purchased from them and had to call multiple times to just get this. It seems to be a scam at best.
We apologize what occurred a few years back. As a 3rd party, these rooms come from various suppliers and we definitely would like to investigate these matters, even if they are close to being 2 years old. Please provide us an order number and we can definitely investigate this concern with the hotel supplier. The Restaurant.com cards can be used by participating restaurants throughout the United States as well.
Selling "discounted" tickets for Universal Studios at 4 dollars less than standard. Figured 4 bucks is 4 bucks, might as well do it. Go to check out, and they add a laughable 14 dollar service fee, making the tickets more expensive than the actual Universal website. Dont waste your time with this company.
As a 3rd party and one of Universal's top sellers, our prices are actually negotiated directly with the partner and priced less than the gate price.
I bought a concert ticket days before the show. I got there waited in line and had them scan my phone just like the conformation email said the ticket showed up void 2 times. They sent me to the ticket booth to see if they could help me. Those guys said I was probably sold a resale ticket and no seat in the arena is under my name. They told me to call tickets at work and see what they could do being that they do not work with third parties. I did. I was on hold 36 mins before they hung up. 28mins when they got on the phone the second call. The whole time I hear the concert start and go through about 5 songs while the crowd cheered and chanted and I'm stuck in the lobby on the phone. They will never get another dime from me. I work a lot and can not travel to see bucket list artists. This was a dream come true that they would be in nashvill where I live. My dream is crushed because of this website. Oh and no money back guarantee.

I bought concert tickets that were advertised as 50% off the tickets, I found that they were $30 more than Ticketmaster. Since the tickets were an outside source no partial or full refund would be given, if they wanted to please the customer they would have matched at least in my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM TICKETSATWORK! YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH MORE EXPENSIVE TICKETS IF YOU DONT READ FIND PRINT OR RESEARCH YOUR TICKETS.

I booked a hotel on website said free breakfast but when I called the hotel and found out we needed to pay. Called back the company and said I needed to more carefully. I paid almost double price at 3 months ago. No honor price reduced.

If I could give them zero stars i would! Do not use this company if you can avoid it! We had an issue with dates when using the website to book a room and realized after when reviewing our confirmation email that the date was incorrect. We called the company THE NEXT DAY to have the date corrected and we're told basically too bad so sad and that we would have to forfeit $500 for the room because of their cancellation policy. The cancellation policy does say that there are no refunds, fine I get that, but we were not trying to get a refund we were trying to get the date switched to the correct date! We were repeatedly told that their cancellation policy was no refunds and it was just an endless loop with no reasonable explanations being made as to why we simply couldn't switch that date. On a side note, underneath the no refund statement it does say that you can make adjustments up to 72 hours before your stay. The company is ridiculous and I plan on posting this as many places as possible! DO NOT USE TICKETSATWORK!

TicketsAtWork is not the cheapest option for Universal Hollywood and Legoland. However, there is no way to return unused/unexpired tickets. I do not recall seeing this non returnable message during purchase and I am regretful for purchasing via this site. HUGE amount of hard earned money wasted. Wished it was never listed within my employer's Discount Directory.

I recently booked a motel using Tickets At Work for a flight I'm taking next week. The airline changed the flight time from early morning (0650) to afternoon (1225), so I no longer needed the room for the night before. I made the reservation December 31st, called to cancel it on January 3rd and was told I would be charged a $25 "cancellation fee". When I explained that the airline had changed the flight time and that this was a situation beyond my control, the rep stated that "due to company policy", they were unable to waive the cancellation fee.
This is completely bogus, and I will NOT be using this service again, and I will advise co-workers not to use it either.

Horrible customer service. Their confirmation system is so faulty and full of bugs it's infuriating. We spent 2 hours on the phone with various reps and managers. They all insisted that the tickets were attached to the various confirmation emails. No attachments. We live 1 1/2 hours from the venue. We ended up not going because their own website says the tickets must be printed and the follow up ticket email never appeared. Only AFTER you make the purchase do you get notification that there are no refunds. Each and every rep we spoke to insinuated we were lying or, worse yet, too inept to open an attachment. We had to forward the emails back to them to show that no tickets were attached. They then opened another case number and promised the tickets would appear 30-45 minutes later. None ever appeared. The 3rd manager on the phone after the 4th call refused to refund our money. We ended up having to dispute the charges and have our money returned by the credit card company. Don't use this service.
We definitely apologize this occurred. As a 3rd party all refund and changes have to come from the hotel or the supplier. As a result, we have to reach out to the partners and suppliers to do a through investigation. Thank You.
I recently purchased some tickets for my trip to Orlando this weekend. Unfortunately, one of the people in my group can't make it. I called customer service and explained the situation, their only response was that the tickets were final sale and that was that. I wasn't offered any other solution to my situation. This is the first time I use this site and will be the last.

I understand that I pay up front, but a few hours later I get an email telling me that it was a failed attempt on their end to fulfill my order due to high volume of requests. Instead of refunding me, they basically forced me to upgrade and pay more for another room. I asked if I can cancel the whole thing, the rude agent said it is not possible because she just looked up the "alternative" room for me. Even though I haven't gone through the complete process yet, I am obligated to pay the difference AND give my cc info again. I asked if I am guranteed this 2nd room, she said no. How is that possible? Is taking money first then book at their leisure their company M. O.? This will be the last time I use them!

Had to pay up front for Hotel room, discount seemed great, but after paying and getting email confirmation got another email saying we do not have the room you selected, talked to customer service and the room still shows up on their website but not available and my money won't get refunded for 7 days. TicketsAtWork is available to me through my employment and I have used them on multiple occasions. I've purchased tickets to performances, theme parks, tours, and for hotel stays, all at a nice discount. I've referred several co-workers to this site, and they were also very pleased. You can also call TicketsAtWork. Their customer service is very helpful without long waits.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
Answer: Yes, definitely. Just got refunded for a discrepancy after seven months.
Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
