WORST
October 12, 2020

I purchased Disneyland tickets in February before the world basically shut down, I lost my job and needed the 860$ back because i bought those when i had a full time job obviously! After 2 hours on the phone, the lady told me id be recieving a FULL REFUND if i was approved. Never ONCE did she say anything about a credit voucher. So im waiting to get approved when i see i was approved but only for the voucher. I called back and they said "oh well since the voucher has already been emailed, doesnt look like theres anything we can do"... i was FURIOUS! I told them they are LIARS and CHEATS and should be ashamed of ripping people off especially in these times. I should have talked to a manager but i felt no good would come of it and id just end up yelling at someone further. After all my hard work, i lose my job AND then the discount site we use is DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL on top of it. Thanks a lot $#*!S

We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party these park tickets come directly from the partner. Even though as advised in the terms that the purchase is considered a final sale, we will be more than happy to reach out to the partner to see if a refund or credit can possibly be obtained. We apologize you are unable to go and please provide us an order number so we can reach out. Thank You.

I bought 3 Yankees tickets for April, of course Covid hit. Major League Baseball cancelled games. Now I am having a hard time getting a refund.
It is now October and I have not received a refund on these tickets ---- Oh but wait, I did get a refund on my parking pass which was $30.
I will never use this company again. I will send a letter to my benefits office where I work to explain what has happened. I only gave them 1 star because I could not submit this without that.
I think its about time for a class action lawsuit against this company.

Don't do it. First, they charge a fee, which doesn't make the savings as good as it seems. They have no customer service. I booked a tour while on vacation and received an email from them the same day stating they couldn't confirm the tour as it was full. Yet they charged my card.
Now they say that IF it is approved, they MIGHT be able to offer not a refund, but a voucher to be used through them. A stinking voucher. To use through their horrible service. I'd rather lose the $300 than deal with them again.

Purchased a 2 day Disney flex ticket that is intended to be used on non-consecutive days per Disney. When I went to reserve my park passes with Disney's new reservation system a Disney Cast Member informed me that my tickets were expired and that Tickets at Work should not be offering date specific 2 day passes. I contacted Tickets at work and they informed me there was a no refund policy with Disney purchases and there was nothing more they could do for me even though they sold me an essentially useless and expired ticket.

We deeply apologize that your tickets expired. As a 3rd party any extensions will have to be up to the partner. Due to the pandemic most parks are extending their expiration dates on vouchers. Please provide us an order number and we can definitely investigate this concern. Thank You.

We purchased Disneyland tickets for a planned June 2020 trip on February 17,2020. The Disneyland park closed down March 12,2020 and is still closed. Tickets at works says no refunds and the tickets are good through Jan 2021. But Disneyland has no opening date yet. So the tickets bought from Tickets at work are worthless

We deeply apologize but around this time the partner was extending all expiration dates on their tickets. As a 3rd party, we will be more than happy to reach out on your behalf to see if a credit or an extension can be provided. Please provide us an order number and we can definitely reach out to the partner on these tickets. Thank You.

We bought 3 5-day passes to Disneyland and now that it is closed due to Covid we can't go and need our large amount money back to live since our hours have been cut. They gave us a "Sorry but all sales are final and there is nothing we can do." We NEED our $3k back to live right now. NEVER AGAIN!

As a 3rd party the refund or credit will have to come from the partner. Also, as advised in the terms of sale, once purchased these tickets are considered final. However, as a company that believes highly in great customer service, we will be more than happy to reach out to the partner to see about a possible credit if needed. Disney is extending the expiration dates on all tickets due their closing as well. Please provide us an order number and we can investigate this matter. Thank You.

Will never use again
September 14, 2020

It's been 4 weeks since I was promised a refund for my hotel cancellation. While my credit card charges me interest, they still have no answer as to why I can't get my money back after one month of refund being approved. Conveniently, there is no supervisor available to speak with. Absolutely unacceptable. Large corporations offer this discount program to their employees and it's a total scam. I will never use this program again and I will make sure that my coworkers know about this scam. I'm also calling the corporate office my company to let them know about this fraudulent company.

We deeply apologize about the refund wait for the hotel. As a 3rd party, the refund has to come from the supplier which can take some time especially during the pandemic. If you did not get the refund or credit please let us know. Thank You.

We accidentally booked our hotel in the wrong location and just wanted to switch the location. Same hotel chain, same price, same duration. But we had checked in later and by the time they had zero people to answer our calls. Instead they want use to use an "online forum" to help answer our calls. Waste of time and extremely unhelpful. I would have rather just spent the extra money saved (which wasn't much) just to get rid of this headache. If I could give it less than a zero I would, but alas reviews don't work like that. Anyways will NEVER use this site and will NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT EVER MENTIONS THIS SITE. Waste of time, waste of money. Oh and since no one is there to help us with that issue at the time and the hotel can't do anything since it's up to the website I guess WE WILL HAVE TO SLEEP IN THE CAR TONIGHT. As they are only able to help us during normal business hours which is oh so helpful. Seriously NEVER USE THIS SITE EVER. But that's just my opinion. I can see many other terrible reviews and personally I would trust them.

Take Your Money
August 8, 2020

Purchased tickets for a play that never occurred due to pandemic. Requested a refund; however, you cannot receive a refund unless the show is cancelled and if show is rescheduled you don't receive a refund. Long story short they rescheduled the show for a year and a half later to prevent me from receiving almost $1000 refund. They used the policy to their advantage to steal your money PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

We appreciate the opportunity to speak. If the ticket purchased came from our "Preferred Access" website then a refund cannot be obtained if the show is postponed as advised in the agreed upon terms of sale. If the show is cancelled then a refund can definitely be provided. Please provide us an order number and we will be more than happy to see if the broker can possibly obtain a refund. Thank you.

Extremely unprofessional. One representative even hung up on me. Due to COVID and health issues we are unable to attend the Kentucky Derby. They will not refund the tickets. But the big kicker is they refuse to provide us with physical tickets so that we can get them over to the OFFICIAL Kentucky Derby Marketplace for resale. So unfortunate. I hope some of the big corporations pull there deals with this unethical company.

We booked and paid for a hotel stay in Destin, Florida prior to COVID-19. When we arrived on June 26th, the hotel had a record of our reservation but no payment. After spending several hours of our vacation trying contact TicketsatWork we were unable to resolve the issue and had to pay the hotel directly for our stay. We continued to contact TicketsatWork and after being placed on hold for hours and hung up on multiple times they said the best they could do was give us a voucher for a future stay. Not one person we spoke with can tell us what happened to the money we paid them in December. They did not pay the hotel and are unwilling to give us our money back. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company due to their shady business practices and awful customer service.

No Integrity
July 18, 2020

My family and I purchased tickets for San Deigo Safari Park in November of 2019 prior to Covid19, in addition to other tickets for our area. With the many limitations and closures due to the virus I had to continously pressure this company for exchanges, credits for future uses amd or refunds for conpletes clousures of events. It took 4 months and many calls to get tickets for one back and for our tickets for San Deigo Safari Zoo they told me a form no for refund and or exchanges. The management lied to us saying that everything was open with no limitations and they could no allow us to exchange for the zoo. After speaking with customer service at the Zoo it was confirmed that the safari was operating without all trams and at half capacity on a forst come first service basis. She also allpwed us to use the Safari tickets at the zoo which I was told by tickets at work coyld not be done. Thank goodness for the good customer service from the Zoo. Do not do buisness with tickets at work as they are not conducive to covid changes and demonstrated dishonesty.

In March, I booked a reservation for July 2020. It was listed as "refundable", with no fine print or disclaimers about that. However, I had to cancel and called a week before the due date. I was on hold for about 26 minutes before someone came on the line, only to tell me that the "refundable" disclaimer simply meant that I could only get a credit for a future booking. This went into effect July1,2020. The only consolation I got was that they would apply a 20% discount. Ok so I stay on the line and have the operator locate me a booking at a similar hotel, and picked random dates in November. The total price, including the 20% discount resulted in me having a balance of $5. I asked if they could just waive the $5. Please tell me why this person said that they already did the best they could do with the 20% (never mind changing the refund policy without notification). I was on the phone with them for a little over an hour. Never ever will I do this $#*! again. I am so over them. Horrible policy. Representative was cordial though. The only star goes to the representative. He could've gotten 2 if he would've transferred me to the supervisor like I asked twice, or if the $5 could've been waived.

I used my affiliation as a state employee to purchase Pirate Dinner Voyage passes through *******@Work in February. COVID canceled the show. *******@Work emailed me that I would get a refund, but when I called (several times and sent several emails), I was told that I couldn't get a refund. When I called the Pirates Dinner Show, they told me that they reimbursed *******@Work for tickets sold. I was on the phone for almost an hour after no return calls or return emails. Unprofessional and unresponsive. They send email advertising tickets everyday, but their answering service says no one can help you. At a time like this, I'm extra disappointed about the money lost.

This is just absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, and irritating company I have ever dealt with! We made reservations via Ticket Works and cancelled 3 days before. We spoke to 3 different customer service rep and all three gave different information and still did not receive a refund! It's crazy how quickly they take the money from your account but it takes 5 months to get it back! Please do not use ticket works! They should be banned!

I purchase tickets for the Sea Hear Now Festival in Asbury Park, NJ through Ticketsatwork.com in March right before the COVID pandemic. This festival has since been postponed from September 2020 to September 2021 due to COVID restrictions/precautions. I am unable to attend the dates for next year and when I contacted Ticketsatwork they refused to issue a refund stating that the event is set to take place at a later date and the tickets are still valid. I explained that Sea Hear Now is issuing refunds to fans who purchased tickets through them directly and are unable to attend the new dates, but they still will not refund my money. I reached out to Sea Hear Now to let them know what a disgrace this is and they state they are not even familiar with this company and therefore cannot be of any assistance. It's a shame that TicketsatWork is taking advantage of this global pandemic to profit for themselves. I will never purchase anything through their site again and I will spread the word to everyone possible. BUYER BEWARE!

We deeply apologize about this matter. These tickets were purchased on our "Preferred Access" reseller section and once purchased a refund cannot be obtained unless the festival is cancelled. We tried reaching out to the broker several times about this concern and they were unable to obtain a refund. They advised the show will go on and a refund cannot be obtained. However, we are still periodically checking with the seller to see for any new updates on your behalf. Thank You.
