I've purchased legoland tickets and due to covid, we weren't able to go. Called ticketsatwork to reimburse me, transferred me to multiple departments, have to wait 72 hours to get approve of my refund. How ridiculous is that!?
Lego land is willing to do a reimbursement if i have bought it from them but tickets at work has to go theough millions of department just to see if I can even get a reimbursement.
What a disappointment! Rather pay a little bit more and get treated like a human rather than paying cheap and not even guaranteed for anything.
Don't use them!
Was on the phone with them for over an hour with no resolution! Pathetic.
In the middle of a pandemic they refuse to offer refunds for purchases or exchanges this includes the fact that nothing has been issued and is still in process. I really do not know how is bad customer service a draw for a discount but these guys take the cake. TicketsAtWork.com Order #******* event is in 2022 FFS.
We deeply apologize but as a 3rd party we did reach out to the seller on the guest's "Preferred Access" tickets and our request was denied. The Bad Bunny tickets the guest purchased came from our broker section and once a ticket is purchased there it is considered final. We did reach out to the seller 3 separate times for this guest and explained why a refund cannot be given. If a refund can be obtained from the seller we will gladly inform the customer. Thank You.
I usually don't write reviews on companies, but I literally keep getting the run around from Tickets at work! I purchased a car rental from an agency through this company for my birthday. Tickets at work took the money off my card for the rental. Once it was time for me to get the rental I was not able to get the rental because the card I used to purchase the rental was a prepaid debit card. Had I known I would of used a different card, but that's besides the point. The rental car agency told me that since TAW took the money off my card they would have to give the refund. I have been contacting TAW for the past 3 weeks trying to get my refund and have been getting the run around. All they want to offer is a credit which I told them from the beginning I did not want! I would never use this company again!
As a 3rd party we apologize that the car rental company did not provide you a vehicle. I believe we did indeed resolve your matter, but If we did not please provide us an order number. Thank You.
We bought tickets through this company and we knew that there was no refunds, but when then shut all places down because of the pandemic you would think it would be a reason we are from Wisconsin
and made flight plans with the family for a vacation that our kids could only afford to go once in ten years when we left to go to sea world the shut it down due to the pandemic, never used the tickets can't
Afford to get back to Florida you would think the pandemic would be a reason for a refund but i guess not and this site saying they want to help families well we will never use them again and we will let everybody we know and whoever wants to listen never buy tickets from this site
I gave them 1 star only because i could not give the 0
We deeply apologize you are unable to travel. As a 3rd party we can definitely reach out to our partners on your behalf. Please provide us an order number and we will be more than happy to see what can be done about this concern. Thank You.
Stay away from this scum bag outfit. The concert was postponed not once but twice and the Kenny Chesney website said if you can't make the reschedule date request a refund from the purchaser. Which we did. Tickets at work give you a bunch of b. S and refuse to issue a refund. As a hard working American I feel like I was ripped off from a low life outfit like this. Do not use them or purchase anything from them.
We deeply apologize, but if a show is postponed, as stated on the terms of sale, of this type of ticket, then a refund cannot be provided. However, please provide us an order number and as a 3rd party we will be more than happy to reach out to the seller to see if a refund can possibly be obtained. Thank You.
I wanted to treat my family and since I am a teacher I wanted to utilize tickets artwork discounts and promotions. I purchased my tickets and then the page showed an error code and I hit the back button and it charged my account twice. They are refusing to work with us and want us to take their credit voucher. They stole from me and I am going to keep calling until I get my refund. What a scam of a company.
We apologize you were charged twice in error. Please provide us an order number and we will be more than happy to look into this issue. Thank You.
I made 2 hotel reservations at Ticketsatwork. The following day, I called to cancel. Maria, the customer rep told me that refund is by credit voucher only. I argued that ot's 8 days earlier than Mar. 22 cancellation deadline. She asked her manager & agreed to refund back to my credit card in 60days upon receipt from the hotel Merchant. Also, I called the hotel and they told me the published resort fee is incorrect, should be $37.43 and not $13.61 per room per night as shown on my order confirmation. Today, I checked the resort fee, it's showing $per night.
As a 3rd party these hotel rooms come from a hotel supplier. All the information listed about the hotel comes from that supplier and/or hotel. We apologize you are unable to use the credit voucher. Please provide us an order number and we will be more than happy to look into this matter. Thank You.
I went through Tickets at Work during the pandemic and they were very accommodating about rescheduling. But it ended up taking a VERY long time to receive the refund. I recently went through them again for a hotel in April. I specifically looked at the cancellation policy because of my previous experience and it said I could cancel until the end of April to get my full refund. I ended up having to cancel the trip so I cancelled the hotel. The hotel accepted the cancellation but Tickets at Work wouldn't refund me the money they only gave me a voucher to use on their website. I called to speak with someone and she could give me no explanation of why this isn't advertised big on their website before going through with booking something. They also told me their was nothing they could do and all I could get was the voucher.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As advised in our terms of sale, the hotel room purchased is considered a final sale. We can provide a full credit to the guest depending on the outcome to avoid the situation on being a total loss for the guest. However, please provide us the order number and we can gladly look into this concern for you. Thank You.
Called 3 times to get a refund due to Covid going on and not being able to go to Disney. All they could offer was a credit voucher, not a refund. This should be able to be refunded and not just used as a credit voucher. I will never buy from this company again!
We deeply apologize but credit vouchers are given to the guest so they can rebook when needed. Instead of advising the guest their order is final, we decided to provide credit vouchers to the customer that do not expire. However, please provide us an order number and we can definitely look into this concern for you. Thank You.
I booked at hotel rental with the "Ticketsatwork". I arrived at the hotel at 12 midnight, they found the registration but was unable to view my credit card. I provided the hotel with the credit card, my account was then charged 285$ for the time there. I received my statement from my credit card, ticketsatwork had already charged me 401$. When I request a refund they wanted to give me 401$ voucher. I explained via email, that I could not afford to pay a total 686$ on my credit card, and would like a refund back to my card. Without so much as a reply, they removed the hotel fee of 285$ and charged me the 401$. I again I emailed my complaint and no one ever respond.
We apologize what happened when you arrived to the hotel. As a 3rd party the reservation comes directly from the hotel supplier. Please provide us an order number and we can have our management team investigate this matter. Thank You.
We have almost $2000 dollars in tickets we purchased for a theme park prior to Covid and can not get our money back. We were forced to cancel the trip due to the pandemic and our hotel gave us an instant refund but TAW refuses. I have even asked that I be able to purchase through one of their partnering company's that they advertise with and I was denied. Two thousand dollars to us is a lot of money especially during a pandemic. They have our money and we have nothing. I have called twice and so has my husband and they refuse to reimburse us. Buyer beware!
We deeply apologize you are unable to make a trip to the park this year due to the pandemic. As a 3rd party, we can definitely reach out to the partner and see if a refund or credit can be obtained. Please provide us an order number and we will be more than happy to reach out. Thank You.
I bought three E-gift cards on TicketatWork, and the link can't used just after one month. I contacted their customer service seeking refund, they only transfered the responsibility to Omnicard (Which is the third party that provides the Egift Card service) After I reclaim my Egift cards to Omnicard, NEVER GOT A REPLY. And TIcketatWork said they can't do anything about it. That's how I lost my money for about $50. It's a FRAUD.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak and apologize you were not assisted correctly on this matter. As a 3rd party the gift card does come from a different partner. However, please provide us an order number and we can gladly investigate this matter with the card company. Thank You.
This company is absolutely horrible. I don't see how they are still open. My reasoning for needing a refund was Overlooked by both people I spoke with and they offered me credit even though my family's health issues keep us from being able to travel. I contacted Disney and sadly since I purchase them to this horrible horrible company they we're on able to refund the money but was very sympathetic and wish they was able to help my family and I.
As a 3rd party we have been reaching out to the partners to see if a refund or credit can be obtained. We apologize that you are unable to make it to the parks this year. Please provide us an order number and we will gladly reach out to the partner to see what can be done. Thank You.
I would not recommend tickets at work the discounts are marginal and if you have any issues there customer service is awful. We purchased tickets for Disney for a once in a life time family trip. When COVID hit our trip had to be cancelled due to the Disney shutdown related to COVID. We have no idea when and if we will be able to rebook and coordinate another family trip to Disney. In speaking to tickets at work customer service they stated that they would issue us a refund as a credit voucher that can be used on anything on their site including gift cards. Seemed good until we tried to use the credit voucher and found out we could not use it for gift cards but only for the same type of tickets we purchased for Disney. Now we have $2,300 locked up until some day we can make it to Disney. We talked to Disney and they said if we purchased the ticket directly with them they would have issued a refund. Looking back this purchase was not worth the little over $100 we saved booking through tickets at work.
As a 3rd party we would need to reach out to the partner to see if a refund or credit can possibly be obtained. We apologize that you are unable to make your trip to the park. Please provide us an order number and we will definitely reach out to the partner to see if a credit or refund can be provided. Thank You.
I have respectfully asked for a full refund of the purchased tickets I made back in the beginning of March 2020, but due to the Covid crisis; my family and I had to cancel our vacation.
Tickets at work refused and declined my request over and over again; their reasoning was that these tickets have a 1 year expiration date and the parks should re-open.
I accommodated another rescheduled family trip within that 1 year time frame; only for my flights to be cancelled again; due to the Covid crisis again.
I reached back out to Tickets at work to advised my flights were cancelled again with the proof, this 1 year window is passing soon and I would like my full refund. Tickets at work denied me yet again over and over.
My family and I live nowhere near Florida, our plans were ruined over and over again. I work so hard for my money and their only responses are that they cannot refund me my money.
Tickets at work rather keep my money I worked so hard for because this is how the rich stays rich; than to refund me what I've worked so hard for to keep my family alive and to be able to enjoy these type of things we call family and vacation times.
I hope no one ever considers using Tickets at work because they stole $500+ from a hardworking single mother.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party the vouchers you purchased come directly from the partner. As advised in the terms of sale, the tickets are considered final. However, we definitely apologize that you are unable to make it to Florida. Please provide us an order number and we will be more than happy to reach out to the partner for a refund or credit. Thank You.
I paid for a hotel (for the days 11/21-11/29) and upon finding out I had COVID-19 and could not travel under the law, I requested a voucher from them so I could simply reschedule after my 14 day mandated quarantine. I called the day I was diagnosed and received no help. I sent emails as well and just received automated messages. When they finally came to "resolve" my request (on 11/26), they sent me an email saying they were unable to refund me because the hotel said "they could not remove the penalty". I know makes no sense right? First, they requested a refund without my request and took my money, and second I am unsure about what penalty they were speaking upon, since I never requested any penalty be removed. I was going with someone on this trip, so they were still planning to go if the voucher was denied, but we were left with nothing. Late response, stolen room, and request I had never even made.
As a 3rd party, we definitely apologize that you were unable to make it to the hotel and hope you feel better. Please provide us an order number and we can reach out to the hotel supplier to see if a refund can possibly be obtained.
I have made several calls to attempt to get my refund. I purchased tickets in 3/2020 and then covid hit. My hotel reservations were cancelled, my flights were cancelled and disney shut down. Everytime I call I get nowhere, they say too bad so sorry for you but they still won't refund me. I get rude comments and well it's extended... but hello I work in a hospital and time off is not obtainable right now! The worst part is my whole family that was traveling with me have all received their refunds from tickets at work, yet I am getting the worst customer service. How is it that they were all able to get their refunds but I am struggling to even get a decent person on the phone. I asked for a manager and breb stated well my manager will give you the same answer on me. He then put me on hold for over and hour and never came back on. This company is a joke I have advised my HR to get rid of them as well as my family members HR's of the horrible approach to customer service during this pandemic. Maybe now a manager will reach out to me or just let it go like they are doing with everyone's issues. Will not use this company again.

As a 3rd party, we would have to reach out to the partner or seller to see if a refund can possibly be obtained. Please provide us an order number and we will definitely reach out again to see if a credit or refund can possibly be obtained. Thank You.
I booked a hotel room through this company and I had to cancel due to someone contracting covid. This was beyond my control. I didnt ask for a refund but to simply be able to schedule the room 14 days later. The room was the exact same, same hotel, same price and I was told no. When I originally spoke with someone they told me it may be possible le to get credit voucher. But now I'm being told there is nothing that can be done. I have placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in getting this resolved. My advice is to not use this company.
As a 3rd party, the hotel rooms bought through our website come from various suppliers. Once purchased, as advised in the terms of sale, the room is considered a final sale. The refund for the room will be up to the supplier and/or hotel partner. However, please provide us an order number and we will be more than happy to reach out again. Thank You.
I'm really surprised that my job promotes this website to us. Their prices are the same as the original vendor, there are no deals here. They used to have discounts that were worth looking in to, but not anymore. Their current offer is 12 bottles of wine plus a bonus for $69.99 which is the SAME price and offer on the WSJWines website. Hotel deals are the same as Hotel.com and Booking. No deals from TicketatWork.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party, the items listed on our website come directly from the partner. We deal with hotel suppliers, various car rental companies, and various parks. The wine website that is through our link is the actual partner page. They choose the pricing they would like to add for the bottles and they sell plenty of wine at their discounted rates. Thank You.
I paid for a car rental and wasn't given a car by Budget. I am getting the run around to get a refund back.
We apologize you did not get the rental you bought through our website. If you did not get a refund or credit please provide us an order number and we will gladly investigate this matter. Thank You.
Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
Answer: Yes, definitely. Just got refunded for a discrepancy after seven months.
Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.

As a 3rd party we definitely would have to reach out to the partner. As advised in the terms, our items are considered a final sale and we definitely understand things happen. We do apologize but as a 3rd party we have to reach out to the partner to see if a refund or credit can be honored. If this issue has not been resolved then please provide us an order number to investigate this concern. Thank You.
