I made a reservation to rent a car through tickets at work. I was turned away at the airport with NOTHING because I was turned away because I was paying with a back card. Tickets at work stated in an email that this location accepted my bank card. They didn't, I was at the airport and did not get the car I paid for. They took my money from my bank card and won't refund me. Now I'm still fighting to resolve this issue it's best to STAY AWAY!
You'll easily spend more of your time dealing with issues than its worth. The process of working with this company is ridiculous and they claim to be unable to reach or resolve issues with their 3rd party vendors. I've been waiting for a month for my hotel issue to be resolved and refunded to me and get the same e mail every 3 days about how busy they are. Waste of time, waste of money... just pay a little extra to have the control in your own hands.

I purchased tickets to Zoo Tampa. I never received my e-tickets to enter the park. At arrival I had to pay out of pocket to enter the park with my family. I had planned to enjoy our day not deal with this! While at the park I called for my refund and 8 hours later I am just giving a BS run around!
Im told that a refund has to be approved and it will take up too 48 hrs! Still BS! Do Not Ever purchase anything from TAW! They will steal your money and not care! I will not wait months to get a refund I am going to make sure they do NOT keep my hard earned money! I will contact the BBB and my bank as well!

On April 28I booked and paid for 2 rooms for the Hardrock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale fl. I called the hotel just to be told they only have 1 room reserved for me. The entire hotel is sold out due to them hosting a fight this day. Mind you I prepaid for both rooms. I have been told for 3 days it would be fixed someone would email me someone would call me this never happened. We purchased expensive tickets to an event at the hotel due to this is where we would be staying and dont even have a room for my family to sleep. 5 people in a 1 bedroom king suite is not going to work. So unethical and unprofessional. My trip is ruined.

Their tickets cost more than the promotions of the actual companies. For an example, SeaWorld Orlando pricing ticket plus all day dine was more expensive on this site than on SeaWorld website, not including the hassle to make the reservation.

It's the worst company ever! I've had a horrible experience with them. I bought tickets to Disneyland March of 2020, 2 weeks before the pandemic began and they wouldn't refund me my money over $1,000. It's been a year and 2 months of so much bull$#*!. I lost my job because of the pandemic and they still wouldn't issue a refund. I'm completely livid. I tried to use the money to purchase gift cards for groceries and they said its not allowed, only on hotel reservations or tickets for amusement park what the actual $#*!. We can't even travel right now. And most parks in California are still not open. WTF. I need help!

Disney has extended all expiration dates on all tickets and are willing to accommodate all guests. Be aware this is absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, and most important I honest company I've ever dealt with! We made reservations via Ticket Works for coco keys water resort and Orlando Florida, checking into the hotel we was giving a dirty room with beer bottles and towels all over the floor, went down to let the front desk know about the unclean room, and they were very sorry and gave us a upgrade on the room guess what that room was worse then the last one. We checked out and found another hotel that was 10 times our res. We had the hotel issue us a refund for our resort fee and parking ticket. (We got that refund three days later). One months and still have not received a phone call and been getting different information, or they hang up on me and send me to someone voice Mail. Don't use this company.

I purchased vouchers for an excursion for my trip. Prior to purchasing, there was no information on how to make a reservation after purchase of the voucher through Ticketsatwork. It was after purchasing that I received the confirmation email notifying me I HAD to call in to the vendor to make a reservation. By then the vendor's office was closed for the day. By the next morning, all the reservation for the week I was visiting were all sold out. I reached out to Ticketsatwork to see if anything can be done (refund, credits, etc) and their customer service opened a file. I got a response from Ticketsatwork that the vendor rejected the refund. Then I called the vendor directly and the vendor claims the refund is at Ticketsatwork's discretion. When another file was opened after I contacted another representative, the response they gave me was that the purchase was a final sale. Long story short, there was no clear redemption information on TicketsAtWork prior to purchase and Ticketsatwork changed the reason for denying a refund of any kind - deceptive if you ask me. Now I have 2 vouchers for a place I do not plan to revisit in the next few years. It's not worth the trouble.

I went to Las Vegas for a Bachelor/Bachelorette party. I bought tickets for a show for the ladies and an ATV tour for the fellas. We called ahead of time the day before to confirm the time since we were taking Ubers everywhere. They had no record of the tickets being purchased, they could not find the sale with my confirmation number that Tickets at Work had given me. I had to call Tickets at Work and they sent me an email to print out to take to the ATV tour facility. I did not bring my printer with me to Las Vegas and had no car so I asked the host of the house we had rented and he was very nice to print it out for us. So, the gentleman called their Uber and went on their way. They were told upon arriving that Tickets at Work had never scheduled their tour. We had chosen the afternoon tour. To say the least this put a damper on our trip since we were only there a few days and this was "the guys" big adventure. I decided to enjoy the rest of my trip and not deal with Tickets at Work until I returned thinking I could reimburse all of my friends their money and it would be no problem to get my money back. I trusted Tickets at Work because it was a perc that my company trusted. The tickets cost me $614.00 total. I called customer service and was told I would receive a voucher/credit. I told the woman that I do not have any need to use their services again and would like to be reimbursed to my original form of payment. She explained that she would put in a request. She put me on hold and then told me that they would put the money back on my card. It has been several weeks now so I called a few days ago and a gentleman told me it would be 90 days! WHY? My money never left your company! You never made my appointment! You have my money and I would like it back! They did tell me I would receive an email update every 15 days. Super! How about you just give me back my money now?
I will never use Tickets at Work again. I would rather pay full price and be guaranteed to get what I paid for and not have any hassle while on vacation. Disappointing.

Tickets at Work steals your money for shows that are indefinitely postponed. I have spoken to multiple CS reps and they refuse to refund my money for a show that may never happen. They also tell you a manager will call you back, but that never happens either.

If I could give this site a 0, I would with no hesitation. I purchased a room at Disney through this fraudulent site and after traveling there, I find out there is no reservation! How embarrassing! I had to get the hotel manager involved to do further research, only to find out that my "reservation" did not exist. They were able to clear nearly $400 from my account, yet, when I arrived, I had no room. I showed confirmation emails as well as my bank draft.The front desk associate at the hotel was kind enough to accommodate us but he did inform me that this is a common scam that people fall victim to. He told me that numerous people have booked through Ticketsatwork, only to have no reservation when they arrive. This is truly bad business, thankfully, I was assisted and it did not ruin our trip. I will be reporting them to BBB... it's not like anymore piss poor reviews will hurt them. Bottom of the barrow.

I purchased two hotel suites at a Las Vegas hotel for my children, their friends and myself for Mother's Day. I chose the hotel because I received a complimentary suite from my prior stays that I booked directly with the hotel. I had reserved a total of three suites. Upon arrival I was told by guest services that they had not received the reservation from tickets at work and that sometimes when it is done in the same day that they may not have received it yet but once I showed the manager my email showing my proof of purchase, they allowed my family to check in, assuming tickets at work would be sending them the information. The following day I was locked out of the two suites I purchased from tickets at work. When I spoke with management they told me that the information was checked out and the reservation did not exist. I called tickets at work in their presence to be told that they cancelled my order due to the hotel not having any available rooms! I was already in the rooms and the hotel was not at capacity. Then, I was told that tickets at work had no more rooms available with the hotel that they could reserve (based on their contract) and that an email was sent to me after I made my purchase informing me. I did not receive any email saying such and my money was debited from my account. After being embarrassed and locked out of two of my rooms, contacting tickets at work to be told I did not have a reservation and having to purchase everything over again, the manager felt bad for me and did not even charge me for the day before when they allowed me to check in based on the proof of purchase, assuming there was a delay in communication. I had to book for the next three days, again. Use money that I intended to use on other things to cover the charges because tickets at work did not issue a refund and still has not and it has been 3-5 working days. I tried not to let this experience ruin my Mother's Day celebration but it was hard to recover from since it ended up costing me more money, on top of the embarrassment and inconvenience. I could have recovered better if it was myself alone but I had 6 children with me. I was so devastated that after taking care of everything, I just wanted to stay inside and did not enjoy Mother's Day at all. The hotel was more than accommodating and told me they felt bad for me. They encouraged me to book direct through them instead of tickets at work and they would match the price that they are advertising so that I would not have to experience this again. I am so disappointed and will never forget Mother's Day this year or the horrible customer service I received when I called tickets at work about the issue. When I called today, I demanded an email saying my reservation was cancelled and when so that I can show my bank and get my money back because they have not processed my refund. I am so disgusted with this company.

Booked a room in Las Vegas at the Luxor. The images displayed on TOW did NOT represent the property. This property is under construction! The rooms are dated (I think it was last decorated the year I was born). The elevators were lined with plywood. I was afraid to touch anything in the room which was musty. The hotel did not have a valet and would not help me with my bags. I had to drag my own bags across two parking lots, through the lobby, and then across the casino floor to the plywood-lined elevators myself. I am handicapped, so this was no easy task. As soon as I saw the room, I went back downstairs and said I couldn't stay there after calling TOW who assured me I would get a full refund. The hotel manager was very nice and said he would provide a full refund, however, TOW would not process it and in the end, refunded 84.00 of the $325.96 that I paid to them to reserve the room. I DID NOT STAY. I LEFT THERE AND WENT TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL! Our school district has TOW listed under discounts and deals so hard-working educators can get a break on travel. This was no deal! Following up with complaint to BBB and ADA.

We booked a hotel through them in Orlando. We stay in Miami so the state of Florida has the same taxes all over. When we booked this hotel it said parking is free on tickets at work website that is not the case. And they charges us 156 dollars in hotel recovery and fees... on a 340 dollar room. The fine print when you click on the question mark of why it was so high, said it was suppose to recover fees such as parking and resort fees. We get there and there is additional 35 dollars a night for resort fees and self parking was 27 dollars a night... we go back to the site and now the taxes are way cheaper for the same weekend and the wording has been updated to taxes and fees. But parking still says it's free... we called over the phone and was literally on the phone for a hr. The woman could not tell us the break down of why the taxes was 156 how can you charge over 41% in taxes and not be able to account what they are for. She would put us on hold for 10 mins at a time and come back and repeat the same thing she said. Clearly they are ripping off customers post covid because I don't remember them being this terrible before covid. I will be sharing this story every where I can. Please stay away from there if it comes to booking something the hotel would have been cheaper through Hilton my vacation was almost ruined because this put me in a bad mood and I had to sit on the phone and get absolutely no where with someone thinking they are giving you the explanation of the questions you are asking and attitudes because you won't except the poor explanation they gave. 1 star is too good because the supervisor was unhelpful as well stating that all she can do is put in a refund request. They emailed the same day still not able to break nothing down and did not address the free parking at all.

We booked a hotel with TicketsatWork for medical reasons, a week prior to the stay we looked at the Hotel website and found out that it was closed. We immediately followed up with them regarding a refund or a booking for a hotel in the same area, no response. Called the hotel directly and they had been closed for over 2 weeks prior to my call in which NO ONE notified us. Again it is going on 3 weeks and still no refund back from them. Will never do business with them again!

I can't seem to get anywhere with customer service. I canceled hotel reservations a week ago and every time I call for update the reservation has yet to be canceled. After a week of this finally I was told today that I would receive refund however it will take 30 to 45 days. Unacceptable! This company is trash and advise not to use their services. After seeing other reviews stating they are waiting on refund still after 3 months is mind blowing. How is this legal. Straight trash. Please stay away! PLEASE!

I purchased tickets for JoJo Siwa in February last year (before corona) and kylie even paid for her own ticket ( at 5!) then corona happened, concert got rescheduled to July, 2021. Awesome! We will attend!
Now, yesterday, the JoJo concert was rescheduled AGAIN, to February of 2022! We cannot make this event any longer and have been told that we cannot get a refund, unless the event is cancelled.
I understand that is your normal policy. But these are NOT normal circumstances! You have to adjust your customer service to fit the circumstances we are in as a NATION! I am beyond appalled by this as now I will be out almost $300 for tickets that again, my 5 year old used ALL of her birthday money to purchase!

We went to Las Vegas for a bachelor/bachelorette party. My girlfriend, the maid of honor ordered tickets through tickets at work. A bundle of tickets for the guys to go an a 2 hour atv tour. The day before we called the atv place who explained they had no confirmation of our order. My girlfriend then spent hours on hold and talking with TAW to figure it out. They told us to print out the confirmation and we would be all good. We arrived for our atv tour and were told they were booked up and TAW had never booked the tour. TAW was able to take our money with little issue though. Horrible customer service, service advertised not rendered. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Just pay full price or go through another vendor. We will never attempt to use this again and will most definitely be telling everyone we know they are horrible.

I got tickets to a show that has been postponed 3 times. I cannot make the latest date. The band stated on their website they would provide full refunds for 30 days. TAW said they would check with their partner ticketmster. Of course TAW came back no but that I could sell them via their site. They are liars, there's nowhere to sell on their site and based in the reviews here I am sure I won't even get the tickets I did pay for. Infuriating.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
Answer: Yes, definitely. Just got refunded for a discrepancy after seven months.
Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
