Purchased hotel reservations on July 20 for Aug 11 to 17. Family emergency came up and on July 30 tried to cancel and get a refund. TAW wants to charge me $93.60. This is their policy which doesn't make sense unless you try to cancel. There is no free cancellation.

Rental car refund
July 28, 2021

I reserved a vehicle from the airport but was denied due to not having a credit card and being a local resident. The policy of the airport vendor is not to rent to locals. I was charged by tickets at work even though I was not able to rent a vehicle and they are refusing to refund my money. Now we're going to small claims court.

Purchased tickets for the Diamondbacks game on 4th of July weekend and never received them. I spent hours on the phone waiting for customer service, only to have them tell me that the tickets always arrive one to two hours before the game. I never received them, even after two such calls. They then had the audacity to tell me that the tickets were sent and they have a "screenshot" of the sent email as proof, but never provided this to me (because it was a lie). I now have another order (placed before this debacle) for $300 worth of tickets for this coming Saturday that I am certain I won't get, and we have friends coming from out of town. I have no idea how this Ponzi scheme is still in business. I will be contacting HR at my workplace, and likely also the Better Business Bureau.

I made a car rental reservation and was told when I got to the counter that I could not get the rental car because I booked with a debit card and not a credit card. Tried to change the rental to my partner's name so he could use his credit card and TAW would not allow me to. Because of the confusion they told me they would refund me my money but I would be subject to the $55 cancellation fee since it wasn't cancelled within 72 hours before my reservation, which I agreed with. I was told that my refund was still processing after calling back 3 times within 3 weeks. Then I made an attempt to call the car rental place on a 3way call with TAW in which the customer service rep at TAW recorded the phone call, in which the car rental company told them that it was okay for them to refund me my money because TAW was not charged nor was I charged for the rental and they still told me it would take 72 hours to fully process my refund. Then I waited another 2 weeks for them to tell me that they weren't refunding me my money after they told me several times before that they were processing my refund. This is the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with and I'm honestly disappointed because I have purchased a lot of tickets from them over 5 years and this is the first time I've had a horrible experience and I will no longer be purchasing anything else from them and I will also be filing a complaint with my corporation so that they will be removed from our corporate discount benefit option. This is definitely a scam.

I bought tickets to a concert that was postponed for a month and that venue said that refunds would be issued. I live in another city and state so there is no way I can take another trip to attend the show. Ticketsatwork.com got the tickets from a ticket broker called Ticketevolution who refuses to give a refund. They initially altered our trip because they wouldn't send the tickets until a few days before the show, now the refusal to refund the money has made this the worst experience ever. They advertise their company to law enforcement officers as a way to serve those who serve but apparently that was a false claim.

Extremely annoyed!

I'm extremely annoyed at the customer service. It's been 3months and i'm yet to receive my refund. The hotel cancelled my reservation and refunded in less than 24hrs and tickets at work is yet to refund me. No matter how backed up they may be, it should take 3months to issue a refund.

Ticket at work is a scam. I did a car rental through ticket at work but I could not rent the car because I did not have a credit card so the airport rental didn't allow me to rent the car. I ask ticket for a refund but they deny me and would not allowed me a refund. I call them so many times and they wouldn't even give me a damn reason or explanation as to why I could not get my refund. So what? I'm going lose 700 hundred to god damn rental car that I didn't even get to use.

This place is awful, I booked a room showed up to my hotel and was told that I have no room and that the place was booked for the past two days. They took the money out and refuse to give my money back. They offered me a voucher, I need my 500 dollars back. Please don't use this site. It's basically a scam, no ones responds to my emails and they just give you a run around on the phone. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I bought tickets for a theme park 2 weeks before date of use. I bought them at a certain price, x. E-tickets were never sent.

1 week and 4 customer service calls later claiming (they're doing their best to accomodate), they claim that there was an issue with the booking but they were glad to re-purchase/rebook the tickets at price Y. The second price is higher, of course, since it was closer to the date of use. Luckily, the price difference was minimal. Customer service said they can't do anything about price matching. "Sorry" was the word.

It's not worth my time to continue going through the ineffective customer service to go after them for principle. This will be the last time I'll use Tickets at Work.

BEWARE. You and your money will be hostages.

We booked an 11 day stay at the Marriot Uniondale through TAW, got there to check in and they did not have a reservation for us. We had already paid TAW $1162. 80, but had to pay Marriot their rate in order to get a room. TAW has been working on my refund for over a week now to no avail. Meanwhile, we are out the original money + now paid for the regular rate of $1442. 47 so that we had a room at all to stay in. I will NEVER book through them again! That is a lot of money for people who scrimp and save and do not have money to waste! We will be taking it to the credit card company for dispute so that hopefully we can recoup some of the loss.

Horrible

I called and was told there was nothing they could do. I went to Anakeesta on July 4 the with tickets we purchased through tickets at work. Mind you all my other tickets I bought for our Tennessee trip went well. I pay 25$ for parking wait in line for 2.5 hours due to lift being broken told it was going to be another 2 hours to get up there. Anakesta told me I could call tickets at work for a refund and they proceed to cut our bands off. Fast forward to today when I call I get a person on the phone who was really not compassionate about what occurred and told me basically I was out if my money and get over it. No refunds at ALL. Really! Well I will be letting everyone know what happened so that this does not occur for another family in vacation! Absolutely did not care what I was saying. NEVER again! Picture in front of the flower at Anakesta parking lot. Thank goodness my kids were good troupers after a wait with no place to go.

This was the first time and last time we use tickets at work! The airline cancelled our flight due to the storm Elsa so we called tickets for work to modify the dates of our vacation. Not only did they charge us a cancellation fee. They charged us and extra fee because they said room rates went up. They also didn't modify our stay at the Renaissance hotel in Disney World. And left us with no reservation and kept our $694.00. We asked to speak to management and Jordan A said no we could not get out money back. Left us here on our family vacation stranded with no place to stay nor our refund. We spoke to one of the managers at the hotel and they said that about 90% of the time tickets at work never books rooms and they often stay with the customers money. They've seen other families in the same situation as us. How can a company get away with stealing money from people. We paid for a service we never received we should be refunded or they should've booked our room and they didn't. They told us the hotel was booked. That was a complete lie because management at The hotel said there were plenty of rooms available. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. They stole our money and left us stranded. FYI the got one star so we could post our review.

I made a hotel reservation through Tickets At Work for June 26th, 2021. When I made the reservation I immediately received an email confirmation and the money was deducted from my bank account. When I arrived to the hotel after an 11 hour drive with my daughter there was no reservation made. I called Tickets at Work to be greeted by a rude customer service representative after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. She said they would have someone call the hotel. Long story short nobody ever called the hotel. There was only one room left and I had to pay AGAIN for a hotel room I had already paid for and the rate was higher. I have called multiple times with 30 min hold times and still nothing. Today is July 6th over a week later and I still have NOT received a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and book with this company. I will stick with using AAA for discounts as I have done before and never had this happen.

This company is a foreign based nightmare and has to follow no laws of the U.S., beware. My son got sick at Worldquest resort and the amenities have not been updated since 1998-2001.

Sams club card

I ordered samsclub card through tickets at work. Got activation email. Followed the link and... its a scam which cost me $25. There is no card. And everytime I call provided number i get auto response that they busy so someone will call me back. Still waiting

If I could leave them zero stars I would. I booked tickets to a hotel through this site from May 29,2021 to May 31,2021. I packed my family up and we drove 6 1/2 - 7 hours to Ft. Lauderdale for a mini vacation. We got to the hotel room to find out that our room was never booked. I sat on the phone for 6 to 7 hours on hold, and talking to about 4 different people while riding around trying to find somewhere else to stay with my kids in the car. We kept being told to wait 1 to 3 hours to receive a phone call back, that turned into 6 hours. By this time we had finally found a place to stay, and had to pay more money out of the pocket. Finally, after calling them back sitting in hold for 30min to an hour waiting for the cust serv rep to read the notes left on my account each time I had to call we received notice that they found a room for us. It was too late, we had found a room for ourselves by then. I asked for a refund of my 291.45 and have yet to receive my money back. Two days later we got an email stating that the room was over booked... we were already back at home by then. You can't get a hold of anyone that knows what they are supposed to do, and I want my money back. It took TAW 2 seconds to take that 291.45 off of my card, and it is taking them a century to give me my money back. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. This type of operation is unacceptable, and it is a BIG inconvenience, especially when your children are in the car. That was a whole day waisted.

I just wanted the discounted Sams Club Membership. I did not care about the weird free chicken. Went to Sam's Club because registration was not working online and was turned away. Sam's club thought it was a scam! Tickets at Work want me to resell it to someone else. So Yes it's a scam!

Their customer service is terrible and no one can explain why you can't have your money back they just say policy! But who cares about policy when you couldn't get what you asked for in the first place. Don't even try to give you a voucher just took $467 of my money
