Was paid the price quoted for pixel watch 3. Not a ton of communication but that was fine. Process was smooth. Asked for Pin on watch even though I reset it. Better instructions would help with paranoia about changing all my pins and making sure device was disconnected from my account. It's possible they sent instructions and I missed it.
I got an offer, sent the phone, and they did not try scam or undercut. I was honest with them and they were honest with me. I received the full offer. I would use this again. 100%. I had a question and contacted them and got a response fast. Thank you

So. They give you two options on condition before offering "broken" as a third.
The correct and ethic thing this company should do is offer a "fair" option. But that would prevent them from enticing you to ship it and allow them to cut down the offer significantly.
So if your phone is in good condition but has more scratches or less than 85% battery, there is no way to inform them (by design.)
This DOES facilitate something close to bait and switch.
Sell your phone locally. They are absolutely banking on you not wanting to deal with the hassle of shipping back. I was offered $150 by a place here in Denver even with the scratches and battery. Should have taken the deal.
They took over $200+ off my offer when I know they can get excellent prices on screens and batteries. They could have come up more than $78. But we live in very greedy times
I accepted because 14 values are dropping like crazy this year, and Verizon covered my new Air anyway.
Don't waste your time. Sell it locally and get an on the spot review and offer from someone who can't hide behind distance and shipping hassle.
2 stars because at least the instant payment was legit.
And if they don't like my review? Then they need to revamp their condition options to allow for a closer accuracy your condition.

Thank you for your feedback. While we do love to see 5-star feedback from highly satisfied customers, we also appreciate constructive criticism like yours. You took the time to leave this feedback, and it is helpful. We currently have 4 conditions to choose from, m and we are considering adding another condition grade, possibly 2. We did have an option to select about the battery health, and it was not well received from referral sites like the one you came from. Because of that, we took it down. Most of the other buyback sites do not have a battery health option to select from either.
A couple of other points you made are good ones. The iPhone 14 values are dropping very quickly. Your phone is in very poor condition. It will require a lot of work and time. Both of those are costly. While I will not cover up the fact that we are a business and not a charity, we do have to be profitable, otherwise, all of us can not all make a living. Having said that, the margins are extremely small in this industry. While you see $78 as being greedy, we have many other costs. The cost of shipping to us, in some people's case we supply packaging, marketing costs, which in your case nearly doubled what we have in your phone, as you came from a referral site that charges a high commission for simply placing an order with us. Someone has to test the device, do repair work, then the cost of selling the device. When coming to our site directly, it gives us a little better flexibility with our offers.
We truly want to give a good experience. Sometimes buyers and sellers do not see eye to eye. We offer free return shipping, no hassle. Thank you for giving us a try. I was worried about any hiccups. Luckily everything went smoothly. I would record the packaging process and the turning it in to your mail carrier staff just as proof, in the event that your package is stolen in transit. For insurance.
But if you describe your phone correctly, and it doesn't get stolen, you'll get paid exactly what was shown to you. Got a good offer for my s25 ultra, 1tb, flawless condition.

While my phones has a few light scratches, the phone price was heavily discounted from the original proposal and once the have the phones, you are basically stuck without a lot of time and headache... wont ever use this group again. Better off negotiating at a mall kiosk!

I choose good because my phone's screen and battery were in great condition but when I got my offer they gave less than half of what they said they would pay for a good phone since it had some scratches on the side rails that would be covered up by a case anyway other than that it was in perfect condition.
Our guidelines of what qualifies as a "Good" condition device are very clear. While to you the scratches on the side rails (frame) are not a big deal & can be covered by a case, a customer that would purchase the device as refurbished would not think so. Because of this, the device required a new frame, which is not cheap. Photos of your device are below, showing that the device was heavily dings/scuffed/scratched.

I had an excellent experience. Whiz Cells did everything they said they would. If you're not sure about the condition of your phone send them an email. They'll give you a bid based on exactly what you have.

I sent iphone 13 minis to The Whiz Cells (TWC) in December. Based on the conditions I reported I was given an estimate of $155 per phone ($310 for both). I was notified 2 weeks later that I selected the Iphone 13 model, not the Iphone 13 mini model. I did not find the iphone 13 mini as an option so iphone 13 was selected. I was sent pictures of my phones. Both phones had been kept in immaculate condition with screen protectors and UAG cases. They sent a picture of one of the phones that showed severe scratches on the back cover and screen. I packed the phones in large quantities of bubble wrap and it was never in this condition when it was mailed. They claimed the batteries were 85% spent. The phones lasted for a few days after charged. This is consistent with the brand new iPhone 17 Pros we now have. How they got 85% spent is very suspect and unquantifiable. TWC took $35 off one phone and $125 off the other. An offer of $120 take it or leave it was given. I took it as they would charge for returning the phone. I'm now writing this review to determine if TWC can rectify this or not.

The value of the 13 Mini is lower than that of the iPhone 13. That is the start of the change in your offer. The phones we received absolutely did not live in a case with a screen protector its whole life. One of them was in very poor condition. The links to the pictures are below. As for the batteries, there is some confusion here. The battery health is what we're talking about. The battery health can be found in the settings of the phone. It is unquantifiable. The health needs to be at 85% or higher. Your devices have battery health below 80%. There is even a message in the settings of the phone saying it needs servicing. We are sorry that you are unhappy. Was sure hoping for the $52 quoted to me. Instead, I got $10 after shipping the phone. I took the deal because it would have cost me nearly that much to have the phone mailed back. The phone was very nice and I spend a LONG time cleaning it up.

Although my phone was valued at $65 below the quote (which I understand since estimates are generated based on owner's statements), Whiz Cells completed the entire process in ONE day (they received the phone the morning of 1/5/26, completed the evaluation, and PayPal deposit was received later the same before 4PM)! Considering the phone was sitting around collecting dust, I was satisfied receiving what I did. I'd definitely use them again, and will ensure I package it better also.

Our website & your order instructions state that all accounts must be removed & you must verify that there all PIN codes are removed from the device prior to resetting it. With a Pixel Watch that's connected to a device with a Google account on it, if you reset it you must then enter that PIN code to bypass the lock. This is a safety feature in case the device were to be lost or stolen. This is why we asked that this be done prior to sending the device in.
